“We started whit some bread and dips. Then I had the burger and my girlfriend could chose so she had the "twijfelaar" 5 different meats. We ended whit the 3 desert option. Every thing was good. The burger was exceptionally good! I eat it in every city and this burger was one off the best I can remember eating.”

“Very friendly and attentive staff, the food was also quite tasty and fresh. The ambiance is really nice and the chairs super comfy, the only reason it's not 5 stars is because they have no AC and we were boiling inside, without as much as a ventilator or something. Of course that's only a problem for the 2 weeks a year when the Netherlands gets hot. Forgot to take a picture, but definitely try the King Bellsomething starter with mushrooms.”

“Very good lunch. We have returned a couple of times when visiting the area and always have enjoyed the meals. Staff is polite, they speak English and have an English (and German) menu. We recommend the omelettes, fried eggs and the local meat croquettes as well as their coffee.”

“Wauw, such a great place. Staff was so helpful and nice, especially the lady serving breakfast. She was very attentive and accommodating. The restaurant was filled with art and paintings and was so relaxing. Location of the hotel was great, easy access to the highways by car and a bus just 2 min. walk away. The bus takes you straight into Arnhem in approx. 15 min. Only "bad" thing was no elevator and a long stairway.”

“Lovely lunch today in this busy cafe right in the centre of town. Lots of outdoor seating with plenty of shade from the blazing 33C sun! We both had the steak salad as a main meal - a very good choice as the beef was perfectly cooked and very flavoursome. The salad was incredibly fresh, and the pink picked onions added a little kick. Warm bread was served with herby butter. My husband had the rather generous serving of apple pie with cream, full of sweet cinnamon. Thank you.”

The service was nice& friendly (always with a smile), the price is reasonable, the place is small but cute&cozy, and almost always full everytime I came here.
