“Came here spontaneously and enjoyed the 3 course lunch with the family. Was delighted to see that they had a nice simple menu for kids. The service was friendly. The salad was nothing exceptional, but the entrée won us over with a wonderful dynamic of flavours and textures. The dessert was simple yet nicely executed. Enjoyed by both adults and kids alike. Overall everything was extremely reasonably priced and would love to dine here again and experience more from the chef.”

“After making an appointment over the phone, we as a family were looking forward to spending our last day of vacation in the restaurant while watching football. When we arrived we were told that only the regulars could watch football, even though there were 2 TVs in the restaurant. Afterwards the owner (apparently a Bayern fan) threw a very unfriendly comment at us and we decided to leave. Absolutely not recommended due to this unfriendliness. Unfortunately, one star is too much.”

How can you charge €12.90 for a Black Forest-style tiramisu when it's just a semblance of a brownie with a cherry? How is it that the restaurant advertises services worthy of a top-of-the-range restaurant when the waiter doesn't even say goodbye to his customers? In short, the restaurant's prices border on the ridiculous, with dishes that are ten euros more than a normal price. A very bad experience, both in terms of the food and the service...”

“In times when it is difficult to find restaurants in the area, Milano has emerged as a reliable source for good food and a relaxed atmosphere after moving to Zachow. The prices are at a fair level and not exorbitant for what is on offer. The nuggets for the kids, for example, are made fresh from the chicken breast, no sign of frozen. And believe me, you can taste it. The food comes quickly to the table and the portions are sensibly sized. You really don't have to go home hungry. The ambience is also very appealing. The service is friendly, fast and committed. The boss here personally takes care of his guests with passion. A little tip: it's better to reserve in advance, as there are always spontaneous tables available but this way enjoyment is guaranteed. We have been there several times now and are always impressed.”

All dishes were excellently prepared, tasted excellent and were beautifully decorated. The staff was on their toes the whole time, in a good mood and friendly. Already in the afternoon everyone was busy preparing the celebration location according to our wishes. We would also like to mention the constructive preliminary discussions/recommendations (DJ, driver, etc.) at this point. We can only recommend every guest to host their celebration in the Boddenhus. Many, many thanks to everyone involved; the boss, the kitchen staff, the serving staff, the apprentice and those we may not have even noticed. We will be back. Bahl family”
