“Very friendly staff in a beautiful spot. I really enjoyed the beautifully decorated patio directly in Umeas city center. The local gin tonic was great ( thanks to the lime), fruity and strong enough. The beers were also really delicious ( I preferred the sweet brew-team IPA). As a starter I had the smoked Bürste which tasted extremely good. Smoky, creamy and a little paprika touch made that simple dish extremely good. Unfortunately they didn’t serve bread with the Bürste (would have been good to empty the plate). The smashed burger was good, had a nice spicy touch thanks to the jalapeño and enough cheese on it. But it was fairly small. Also the patty could have been cooked a little less long. The fries & sauce tasted good, but the dish was a little to small for that price. The restaurant is easily accessible for people in wheelchairs, is perfectly located and nicely decorated. It really makes fun to hangout there. The staff were very friendly (gave me a paper menu cause the website is in Swedish haha) and knew a lot about the gin & beer. I really enjoyed the evening and can totally recommend this place. Especially for the awesome, interesting & local drinks!”

“Ordered El Paso, got El Paco. (Which also cost more) Ordered The Fire, got a fishy pizza instead. Also prices are higher in store so ended up costing more all together. French fries were 10/10. Pizzas were actually really nice, but our order was completely wrong. In fairness we are English and the guy clearly spoke a few languages quite well but must've got lost in translation a little.”

“Paolo's is located on the ground floor of Wood Hotel, Skelleftea, Sweden. I love it, cool , chill vibe atmosphere. If you are not looking for a heavy meal, it's the place for you, although they have pizza too. You have to order at the counter, and they will serve the food. Limited choices of drinks but more on wine. All in all, I love this place.”
