“I was not able to give justice by these photos to express how great the ambiance was. If you’re looking for a place to catch up with some friends, this is the place to be. The music is not too loud, very friendly stuff and the food is just so tasty and filling!! ♥️ This place is a good spot for those who are vegan and vegetarian. One of our servers, Claudia, was very politely and always smiling. We love it!”

“I wasn’t impressed for the taste of the food even if was not cheap at all. The location is also a bit strange , because is underground…. the toilets are so old and doesn’t match with the price we paid for the food. Also surcharging 10% for a table of six and 2% surcharge for credit cards payments. Would be nice with all those surcharges the food was better taste. Not impressed at all.”

“What a gorgeous wine bar with super friendly helpful staff and food and drinks to match. My partner and I have been meaning to have lunch here and it finally happened yesterday. My only regret is that it took so long to finally get here. While the food and service were perfect we really appreciated that service did not feel rushed and there was ample time between the courses. Highly recommend”

“A nice and cosy cafe around Zetland/Green square station. They have many options for all meals as well as pizza and fresh-ish juice (meaning that it’s made on site in the bottle and not sure when my juice was made… I can’t change the ingredient of juice either, so I won’t call it fresh) The pizza oven is a commercial one, not stone baked though, and you can buy fresh cheese and cured meat as well. There is outdoor area as well as indoor, and very spacious. The service was good, fast and friendly. We were having lunch, ordering chicken burger and sweet potato hash. They were both good. Will visit again for pizza night perhaps.”

“This place is a true gem in the heart of downtown! We were recommended his cookbook so since we’re visiting Sydney we had to have dinner here… it was AMAZING! Everything was delicious! I had the duck and hubby licked up the tagliatelle with mushrooms as well as the shrimp & kale risotto!”

“ordered the zucchini flower, mortadella for entree and the Spaghetti Cacio É Pepe, and the pasta special which was a ragu. Unfortunately not amazing. Pasta was a bit cold, cacio was really not very good and I’ve had much better elsewhere. A little disappointed. Zucchini flowers were quite good though. Expected more from the rave reviews but wasn’t to my taste. Lovely service”

“Ok food was good. But the service is so bad it’s almost Entertaining. I rocked up said I had a table for 3 booked at 3.30 and the guy acted surprised and then moved a table over - so I’m guessing it wasn’t really reserved. I asked if we could sit outside and without looking at me he goes “Nope. All booked.” Then we got into a fight about wine glasses. They give you normal cups (I know v European) I saw wine glasses hanging and asked if I could have one bc they ask for $8.50 corkage anyway he goes “what do you think this is fine dining? This is wine cup and this is cup cup for water.” He then proceeded to walk past us about 20 times ignoring us. I think he might be the manager or owner. He definitely does not have time for you it’s comical. I would probs go there again tho x”

“This place was unreal !! Definitely would recommend everyone to this bottomless brunch. It’s $99 per person you get unlimited aperol spritz or your drink of choice. The food was delicious, the staff were super friendly, the drinks just kept coming and wow the vibes are something else. They pump the best songs which everyone gets into and the restaurant just pumps. You definitely get your moneys worth from food to drinks so highly recommended trying this place !! 10/10”

The crab pasta was exceptionally creamy and delicious. You should try the drink that I order! SUPER YUM! The service was top-notch, and the ambiance added to the overall positive vibes. Highly recommend going with more people to try some of their starters and share more dishes - they have lots of great dishes worth trying. Gem lettuce salad: 7/7 Super good. Really good dressing. Cucumber salad 6/7 Great mix of cheese and sweetness. Zucchini flowers 7/7 Very well executed, a classic Calamari 4/7 The batter just wasn’t crunchy. Desserts weren’t great.”

I’ve only ever been on the top level once (don’t know if it’s just specifically for large groups), but I wish it was more of an option to sit up there if you just wanted to because it’s lovely. “Food here is consistently good and have different options at different price point. You can splurge or just have a nice lunch for a reasonable amount. All dishes here pack a punch. Prawns with escargot XO was great; get some bread to dip in the sauce. Rainbow trout was also great. Vegetarian options hasn't changed much, and a few more here would be handy. Outside seats are dog-friendly.”
