“We went here for a friend's birthday we had a party of 16 people. We went on a Friday night so I'm not sure if it's customary for them to have live music but they did have live music there. The singer was excellent at times through the night even the owner got on the mic to sing. It was very loud and fun atmosphere. If you're looking to go for a quiet romantic night this is not the place to go LOL at least not when there is live entertainment. Service was very friendly and very efficient considering we were a table of 16. Appetizers came out when we were completed it was a reasonable amount of wait time until our dinners came out and a reasonable amount of wait time for dessert. The place was decorated beautifully, food was delicious the owner was super friendly and singing with the live entertainment. Overall we had a great time I would definitely go back again on a night that wasn't for a party just to experience a regular dinner. I would also like to try different things on the menu because everybody's entree looked delicious. Parking was street parking.”

“My husband planned a lovely surprise party for my birthday here and everything was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! There was so, so much delicious food and the service was spectacular, as always. It was truly a great time for everyone. We definitely werent rushed, which made us feel even more comfortable. Not to mention...the drinks were never empty! I highly recommend!”

“Boy did we miss you ! It’s been while since we have been here - after a long year dad was feeling good enough to venture out and where did we go ? Ungaros ! Kim & Dom we’re so happy to see him ! Greeted him with big hugs and smiles . These are not your average small business owners they treat you like family. Thank you for being so kind to my dad - and yes we ate ! Rice balls / wings / calamari and pizza ! It was fantastic coal fire pizza !”

“Nowadays it’s so hard to find a good and authentic Italian restaurant. Cafe Luna has exceeded my expectations. I have been to the 2 of their 3 locations and may I say the experience, staff, and food was the best. Last night I went to the Hylan location for my birthday and was lucky to have the owner, Alessandro Nuccio as my server. It was my birthday and just wanted something small, he was so kind and runs the place so well. He also is an exceptional bartender too!! I had the chicken rollatini in a masala sauce, which was one of the specials. The best rollatini I’ve ever had. Of course at the end of dinner the staff sang to me which was so sweet. They brought out their tiramisu and it was absolutely amazing, definitely my favorite one I’ve found. Overall, Cafe Luna has amazing service and excellent food. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a nice meal like Nonna would make.”

“First time ordering since it had great reviews I ordered pasta with broccoli rabe and grilled chicken as a substitute becase the dish came with sausage ! So it actually came with both meats the dish was terrible the chicken was super dry and tasteless the broccoli rabe was supper soggy and bitter and the garlic oil it was supposed to have was filled with pasta water 😣 I will NOT order from this place very disappointed.”
