Drinks are spectacular, food is incredible, and the atmosphere is beautiful. The mural behind the bar is quite a sight. If you’re looking for a place with amazing cocktails and tapas you’ve found your spot! Will definitely continue to be back to bring guests that visit Saint Pete.”

“I absolutely love a margharita pizza from here with the addition of soprasetta. It’s a go-to dish for me. They have paintings on the walls from local artists that have some connection to Venice, which is where the owner is from. I believe most of the staff is from Italy as well. They treated my mom to a slice of pie for her birthday as well. Very sweet.”

“I recently had dinner with friends at Bonu. The overall experience was decent. The atmosphere was relaxed and not extremely loud. The seating is very tight so you must like who you are sitting with. If you are seeking comfort with more than two people this may not be a great choice. I ordered the chicken Parmesan and added meat sauce to my pasta. The chicken and pasta were tasty but not something I would crave. Unlike a lot of Italian restaurants, they do not offer bread to start and NO soup or salad with the meal. The service was by far the best thing about this restaurant. Our server was top notch Prices compared to other local restaurants are moderate to high for the food they provide. Overall verdict is good location, tight seating, decent food,”

“Yummy Italian restaurant on St. Pete Beach. It's a small place so you may drive right by it like we did. But we found it and was not disappointed. I ordered one of the specials, stuffed flounder. It was stuffed with shrimp and crab and it melted like butter in my mouth. It had these delicious crispy onions on top and came with a GIANT baked potato on the side. It was so good I am not sure I will ever order anything else! They have beer, wine and sangria. If you are in St. Pete then check this place out. If you have a big party be sure to make reservations.”
