“The owner of this restaurant knows what great service means. It was later on Saturday night and we did not have reservations, which was bad on our part (read between the lines: call for reservations!) We had had such a rough day, and were exhausted with kiddos - all we were craving was good Italian food. We were able to enjoy some cocktails while we waited and this man went out of his way to make a space for us. The food was exceptional, and both the owner and the waitress were so kind, it was amazing. This will be one place we will return to when we visit as it is one classy place, for a variety of reasons. If you get the chance to dine here, do not hesitate. You will be so glad you did!”

“An absolutely magical place!!! One of our favorite spots in all of South Florida and quite possibly the world. Family owned and operated, Chef Fulvio Sardelli and his family have curated one of the most beautiful restaurants to enjoy authentic Italian food that you could imagine. Every floor is different and very special its own unique way. We’ve sat at the bar downstairs for drinks and been fortunate enough now to have eaten on every floor. The private parties we’ve attended there, still hold a special place in our hearts and memories. Standing on the balcony between courses, feeling the breeze off the ocean and smelling the salt in the air. Great conversations with Chef Fulvio while he prepares a feast for the room full of amazing people. Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant and there family. Every floor feels warm and cozy. The interior design is breathtaking and the staff is knowledgeable and attentive. If you’re in the South Florida area and looking for a next level dining experience, you have to try Sardelli’s on Hollywood beach.”

“Not my first time in Gioia! I Love this restaurant!Incredible place with delicious home made pizza and pasta! Must try pizza with burrata, mushrooms and truffle 👌🏻😋 Cheese Ravioli with truffle was yummy as well! Cesar salad and mussels great and light choice to start your lunch or dinner! Service is always on point! They have Friendly and helpful team! They have happy hour from 4pm-6pm 30%-40% on cocktails or Wine/Prosecco”

“Delightful experience tonight! Enjoyed the service from walking into the restaurant to the dining experience. The food was exquisite! Started with the grandma’s meatballs and mussels in garlic tomato sauce. A must is a pear and provolone fiochetti and the short rib rigatoni.. let me use one word impressive!!! Excellent use of spices! If your looking for a true Italian food experience you must try Cinque Terre!!! Our waiter was Bobbie was top notch very helpful. Loved to see how the owners are so involved with the Restaurant! Can’t wait to go back!!!”

“We ordered from here while on vacation. I was super excited to see they had "Carbona" which I assumed was a misspelling for carbonara. Even the description said it is made with raw eggs. But alas, as usual, it was just a cheap bechamel sauce and tasteless. The fettuccine was cooked perfectly though, and the garlic knots were heavenly.”

“I absolutely adored dining at this restaurant. My friend gave me the recommendation last minute and I decided to pop over there for happy hour. I didn’t see a dress code, but I would recommend putting on some thing a little bit dressy or business casual. Sit outside at the bar if you can get a spot. Great vibes, great drinks, super friendly staff and bartenders. The calamari and tuna roll were delicious. They have an awesome deal and happy hour drinks. You will not be disappointed. You MUST try the key lime pie meringue cheesecake!!!!!!!”

“This is one of the true 5 start reviews I can give in this area. I came here with a group of 4. The food was amazing. If you’re looking for great food that you can’t find at a chain restaurant this is a great place to go. We got the clam chowder fries - I was afraid this would be a soggy sloppy mess it was the opposite, extremely fresh crispy fries on top of a delicious clam chowder with actual clams. We also had the tuna crispy rice which was done just right. As well as the cabbage. For entrees we had the short rib pasta which was probably my favorite dish. As well as the branzino and the chicken thighs. They have a decent wine list but no actual liquor which was fine with us. The only things that I was not crazy about was that our table was next to the back door that kept opening and the hot air kept coming in and hitting me. I felt like I was sitting in apart of a service area. They also do not have the best desert options in my opinion. We did not order any. The service was above average but not the best. I could easily see this food being Michelin starred with a few tweaks.”

“I am not the one to do bad reviews but this place just disappointed me beyond expectations. First of all, it was empty. Second of all, we weren’t even freed the menu we had to grab it ourselves. Third of all, iced cappuccino was a watered down instant coffee and milk. The pizza is not fresh, just premade and heated up. Gets too hard to eat the crust even, and practically flavorless (had to sprinkle Parmesan cheese excessively to give flavor). The drinks aren’t even made in-house, they come from next door. And the garlic bread honestly tastes like the Sam’s brand. Everything was definitely over priced. Do not recommend. Just keep on walking to little Venice.”

“We came with friends while visiting Fort Lauderdale last Thanksgiving. I loved this restaurant, the service was friendly and professional . Beautiful decor and terrific ambiance. My only slight criticism is that while delicious my pork loin was a little over done and dry . Would definately go back.”
