“Update: we decided eat at the place on friday and man it was crazy busy. The definitely could use at least 2 more people, one server and someone else to take phone orders. We were there for over 2 hrs from waiting for a table to finishing and that phone did not stop ringing. Great to see they are pumping out that kinda business. The waitress was then only one with like 11 tables. She was doing the best she could though. Everything was good! This is an old school pizza joint serving up classic style pizza. They have a really thin crispy crust, so if thats your style, this is the place for you. They have a really nice balance of cheese and sauce, so that you can actually taste the sauce. All the ingredients are freshly sliced and not canned. They do use the sliced sausage, which i find weird. They don't have a ton of options for toppings which is another bummer, however they should have enough for most people. You guys should add a double crust to showcase your dough, I'd be interested in that! Thanks guys.”

“First of all. They updated menu periodically so don’t expect the same dish if you see this two years later. I love the free bread with the oil. I guess there is tomato in the bread oil so it taste little sour, which perfect match the sourdough bread. The bread is Chucky outside and soft inside, I really love that. Rock Shrimp Ravioli is ok. Don’t know why some of the mushroom are sour, like expired. White Clam Pizza is thin and chunky, but blend compared to other dishes Veal Chop is huge and soft. I love the broccoli and potato at the side! This a very nice restaurant with quiet vibe on that street. $70/person enjoying Italian food I think it’s an okay deal. The lady who served us name Ryan(I think this is the name) She is very nice, when we ask if there any shops around us ( since I’m traveling) and she gave us lots of options.”

“Excellent service I’d love to first point out. The food missed the mark for me. Had the chicken fettuccine that would had been a great dish if the pasta itself wasn’t from a box. I really wished it was freshly made. The lobster ravioli tasted a little off. It had a metallic taste to it. Just a tad disappointed. Would like to come back and give it another try.”

“Speck is a gem of an Italian restaurant in downtown Cols. Modern decor with an industrial looking high ceiling. They are relatively small and very popular so be sure to make reservations. Ample street parking. The food and service is great. Highly recommend to try the fresh focaccia, any of their pasta dishes and of course their desserts.”

“One of the better happy hours in the Columbus area. The cocktails are amazing and not watered down like some others during happy hours. The oysters were also great. Just on those alone, this place gets 5*. Only 4* on food because the rest of the food (pizza) we're solid but not super exciting. That said, we're definitely coming back.”

“Pickup up from here for the first time tonight. Ordered online. The pizza was really great and flavorful. I got a 10” pepperoni with SPICY marinara sauce; that spicy marinara sauce was what makes this place stand out. I can’t ever get this type of sauce on a custom pizza anywhere else, and it’s my favorite type of sauce. It was great”
