“Wonderful Trattoria! Excellent organic food. Trattoria Visconti is member of the Slow Food organization and rated as the 3rd most important wine cellar in Italy. They've an own garden just behind the restaurant, so everything's fresh and classy. Even the red (!) corn for their polenta is planted by the team. You can also eat on the lovely terrace. The team and service is so special. Mamma Fiorella is so warmhearted and lovely. I strongly recommend this Trattoria and would not hesitate a second to come back if I've the opportunity!”

“Very good food, friendly and fast service. The waiters speak some English, but it's good enough to serve us. We usually ate in groups up to 10 people, and only once there wasn't a big table for us, so we had to split into 2 groups. Other than that, every other time, we ate together. Below there are pictures of 2 dishes, Gnocchi and cous cous with curry sauce.”

“The food is fantastic but... Uuuhf they are so disorganise. We were 11 people. 5 ordered a first course (gnocchi, casoncelli o risotto) and the others ordered a second course (polenta taragna with funghi or meat). They brought the first course to 5 of us and the other 6 had to wait for more than half an hour for the second course. We just looked the others eating and wait... It s ridiculous. Even more ridiculous when they told us that that s the way. They do: first all first courses and then all the second courses... Absurd. Think of a couple: she orders meat and he orders gnocchi. She will have to wait for her partner to finish the gnocchi before she can have her meat... Because that s the way they do 🤣🤣 A lot of people left quite annoyed. Never again”

“I will remember this place for a long, long time. I was lucky enough to visit twice while in town for business. It’s the best kind of restaurant—secluded, comfortable, kind staff, incredible local food. The pizza, for example, is both inventive and traditional in its excellent execution. Gnocchi, carpaccio, tartare, all amazing. The tiramisu—please bury me in the tiramisu. Hopefully I can return some day. Truly exceptional. Filled with people enjoying themselves. I highly recommend Sottorete as well, especially if you are visiting and want to have a little dinner after a pádel lesson.”

“The location is an amazing place situated in the back of a church. The location is elegant but with a contemporary design touch which perfectly mixes with the 17-18th century style of the church. The service is elegant and they all tend to smile a lot, which gave me a good sense of comfort and coziness. They immediately welcome us with a welcoming taste. The room is large but the tables are 4 each one covered by one elegant light. The food on the menu is straightforward, I liked it. We chose 2 primi, 1 starter (incredibly good!) and then we shared the costata. Everything was outstanding! An explosion of taste with the ravioli carbonara and also with the saffron from the linguine. Incredible! The costata is a must try! Nothing not even remotely connected to fine dining but that was fitting perfectly with the atmosphere. An very elegant cotoletta, I would say. Definitely worth to try, incredibly tasty! To conclude the desserts were fantastic! Not many words to describe them just so well on point with the menu. One minor note, the wine selection could be improved nothing that interesting worth to try. The price was incredibly fair. 2 people, 2 glasses of red wine, 1 starter, 2 desserts, 2 coffee, 2 primi and the costata only 146€ Also, when asking for the desert, we asked for a smaller portion of the Zabajone. They only charged us 5€ instead of 8€. That’s incredibly fair. Keep up with the good work, guys! The Star will arrive soon, I’m sure!”
