“Love this quiet and delicious pizzeria. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We were a party of four with one vegan member. Victor was able to make a pasta pomodoro as a vegan entree. The rest of us had lasagna and a steak. Everyone agreed that it was the best lasagna that we’ve ever had. We also ordered two deserts, and split them as a table and they were both fantastic. We would definitely come here again!”

“We celebrated birthday here and spent around 1.4k€ for the whole dinner (240€ per person + drinks). Food was really great, big thanks to all chiefs working there, but service is really bad for this kind of restaurant: 1) they do not understand English well 2) they are making stupid mistakes 3) they are literally standing behind your back while you eating and checking 10 times in a minute if you cleaned your plate like they want to go home as early as possible (???) 4) they didn’t offered any wine to our dinner, we had to ask for it (??? unacceptable for this type of restaurant) 5) we announced several times that we are celebrating birthday here but NO ONE even congratulated like they don’t care at all. I mean in other places you’ll get a free piece of cake but here nobody even said like "oh, congratulations, happy birthday!”, that is so unfriendly Again - the food was delicious, but service is just terrible. If you’re a foreigner and going to spend 240€+ pp for dinner you’d better go somewhere else, you are not welcome here. P.S.: And nobody answers to reviews here. Too bad.”

“Small rustic and intimate restaurant with great service and food. We managed to get a walk in but the venue is popular so booking a day or two in advance would be ideal. Plates are well portioned and you leave full but not bloated so you can still walk around and enjoy the city. Food was amazing and bursting with flavour really enjoyed the pasta dishes. Venue was very clean and service was quick but we were not rushed. 3 course meal for 2 is about 150eu depending on drinks but worth the money. Would highly recommend and would return”

“Wow! Food, service, atmosphere - incredible. It was exactly what we wanted for our first night in Venice. We ordered the octopus to start, and two pasta dishes - which were all incredible. We also had a bottle of wine to share (hence the price per person). We finished with a trio of chocolate which was out of this world! 10/10 would recommend this restaurant.”

“What a wonderful gem! This restaurant is located on a very cute and calmer part of Venice. It had outdoor seating right by the water and a really cosy indoor area as well. The service was great, fast and friendly. Food was very delicious. We had a starter, a main dish and two deserts. Every detail was well thought of down to the mismatched tableware. We had a great night and definitely loved this place!”

“I ordered a Tuna steak and was given 8 slivers of something tasteless for €24 (see photo). We also had 2 glasses of red wine and were charged for 4 glasses and there was only a thimblefull of wine in each glass. . My credit card was charged in USD instead of Euro with an additional 3.5% surcharge, neither I nor my card have anything to do with the USA. They also have another surcharge of €3.50 per head and refuse to serve tap water adding to the unnecessary pollution in Italy. AVOID”

“We stayed a week in Venice and had many amazing meals, but this restaurant was by far our best experience. The food was absolutely incredible, the atmosphere was intimate and wonderful, and the unique wine pairings with each dish were excellent. Our experience was made perfect thanks to chef Leonardo. We had the three course dinner and everything he prepared tasted so incredible. Leonardo made sure we loved everything we ate and he and the rest of the staff were so friendly. We began talking with him and not only is he a very skilled chef, he also is a highly talented artist. He showed us some of his photographs and is definitely a highly talented artist in the kitchen and with the camera. If you are taking a trip to Venice, you MUST make time for dinner at CoVino and experience Leonardo’s skills firsthand! 10/10”
