Even though we didn't have a reservation, she welcomed us right in to a beautiful table for four. When Dora heard we were from Canada, she was excited to tell us about her trip to Niagara Falls. We then asked her what she would recommend. She created the most spectacular five-course Italian culinary lineup we have ever had. The service was incredible, and we were constantly attended to by one of the servers. Dora and her staff made our experience so memorable, and it was an absolute highlight of our trip. “This place was amazing! We had such a hard time finding a good restaurant that was not too touristy. The night we came there we were almost the only ones there which made us skeptical. However, The staff was really nice and we got some great homemade pasta (first picture) - you really have to try that, it’s so delicious! Believe me everything was soo yummy!! You just have to try this restaurant - it was our best food experience at the amalfi coast.”

“This is the best restaurant I have been to in Italy. I speak no Italian and the owner limited English just trust them. I only wished I found them on my 1st night. Set antipasti was 5 course plus my main course of squid ink pasta with squid and mussels. Love it love it love. It was packed with locals which is always a good sign and the seafood so fresh. All this including tip was €28. Do not come to Pozzuoli without coming here.”

“Very nice place, warm and welcoming. We took some fried foods (crocchè, omelette and stuffed pacchero) which were good (only the omelette I didn't like very much). Then we had a pizza nel ruoto, half with potatoes and black pig and the other margherita. They are pizzas served on a cutting board and are quite large, in fact the girl told us that two people could eat them. Then we tasted some really good gnocchi in pignatiello. The service is fast and helpful. Advised!”

“The crust of the pizzas was great. Which was the only great thing about this place. One of the waiters was rude, consistently ignoring us and, when he could not do so, consistently being mute. The pizzas were, again, well baked, but with too much cheese and too little salt. There was nothing to protect us from the sun when it came. A lot of singers or guitarists will be 2cm away from your table, which would be nice if they weren't extremely pushy nor extremely loud.”

“Really nice restaurant but even though i sat indoors the doors were open and I felt cold. The food was really nice and the plating was stunning. They definitely have a eye for detail. I ordered the seared octopus but they over charred it and I had to send it back which they happily did. The remade one was perfect. Very expensive but worth it maybe in better weather conditions when you can sit outside in the gardens.”

“Great All you can eat, affordable prices - Lunch/Dinner & Child Price. Large menu, items come out in small quantities allowing you to try much more of the full menu. Great for sharing. Sashimi is extremely fresh and thick cut full of flavour. Every order comes out within 5 minutes of sending through the iPad ordering system, their rollers are extremely fast and efficient for the size of the restaurant, the whole Place filled up while we were there and we never waited long for each order to show up. Overall amazing experience very happy we chose to dine here while visiting Sorrento.”

“We had an incredible experience at Sustable. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed in by Maestro Roberto Susta and he chatted with us for a long time. We were impressed by his friendliness, generosity, and his mission to make great pizza for everyone. And the pizza... Absolutely fantastic. We ordered three pizzas and each one was expertly crafted and creatively inspired. The Pizza Fiocco is the most famous pizza at Sustable, and for good reason. The fiocco conjures incredible flavors and textures from such a simple idea. The Ambra was my favorite and the onions marinated in wine packed a flavor explosion unlike anything I have ever eaten on a pizza. The crust is a highlight - light, fluffy, digestible, and soft and crunchy in the same time. There was magic in every bite, and we felt we were not just eating food but a culmination of inspiration and love. Thank you to Sustable and especially to Maestro Roberto Susta for an unforgettable dinner!”

“Absolutely overpriced beer I had some irish beef steak. They didn't ask me how well i wanted it cooked. Half of it it was medium cooked which was absolutely delicious.. the other half was like almost raw. I understand this meat is consumed very rare done but not everyone likes it like that. I prefer it medium medium-rare. The risotto was delicious Gnocci were really tassteles When i complained about the gnocchi they didnt remove it from the final tab, as we didnt eat it. Kinda expensive for what service they offer”

“We came in by boat and had a truly wonderful experience here! Shocked this place isn’t on any Michelin guides. We stayed on a buoy overnight, they took us in and out on their taxi boat, (charged our phones!) and the food was actually amazing. The whole restaurant looks out onto the beach/Bay Area. Really delicious food, a little pricey as you’d expect in the area but I think on our 2 week trip round Italy, this was probably the best experience overall. Very attentive service from the staff. We actually only booked on the afternoon of the day after a recommendation, would highly recommend and would deffo come back if we were ever in the area again. Thanks so much for a lovely experience!”

“From the moment we walked in, the service started to be amazing, waiters with a smile on their faces, and they made you feel welcome. They spoke English very well and gave us some suggestions of what to eat. They give you a preview of fresh fish available on the day for you to choose and how they can make it. We ordered oysters, which were very fresh and delicious, also ordered house wine, which was a very good choice. They first serve you the pasta and and then they take the fish away to prepare it for you to eat. The desert was tiramisu and caramel tarta they were delicious, not very sweet, which make you want more. Overall I was soo satisfied with their service and their food. We also met the chef who came out and spoke to us, he spoke very good enlgihs also. I will definitely recommend this place when you are in town it's a must try. I will be going back and it was a great experience in this restaurant.”

“Very nice view! Went there to celebrate my birthday, and we were randomly Placed, without any specific birthday attention (by the way Parker’s Hotel Do it even if you take only tea). Nice food, and thanks Mirko Was there, otherwise it was kind of difficult To get the attention of the waiters. Linguini alle vongole are tasty even if it’s a different recipie. Also kind of expensive.”
