“Platzki is a restaurant worth recommending. Authentic Polish food. I was surprised how many flavours of vodka they offer. My favourite two were Pistachio and Hazelnut. The kitchen closes at 9pm so I would recommend to arrive before 8:30pm. They only offer desserts after 9pm.”

“A lovely and cozy restaurant with great food. The seats are all spacious and comfortable (each equipped with individual sofas), and the restaurant is decorated beautifully. Our favorite dishes are the risotto and the lobster raviolis; both are flavourful and delicious. Cocktails are nice as well. Apple pie is a bit too sour for our taste, but we like the chocolate fudge cake with ice cream. Our waiter Lee is friendly and helpful. Overall a wonderful experience dining here. Making a reservation prior to one’s visit is recommended.”

My favourite starter is their garlic mushrooms....omg so divine!!! Who'd of thought how delicious the humble mushroom can be when cooked the way Bella does. I can't fault the food, quality, staff, atmosphere and magic of this lovely restaurant in Bury. It is popular with all age groups and families as well as couples. I had mussels in garlic and white wine. The veg is al dente and beautiful. I always look forward to dining here as the food and staff make you feel at home and always welcoming.”

“I booked a table for 16 for my daughter’s birthday party and asked specifically about wheelchair access for a member of our party. I was assured they could accommodate us. However, there is no way of accessing the restaurant in a wheelchair. I emailed the manager to discuss this with them before leaving a review, to give them the opportunity to consider what my friend had to go through to be seated. They did not reply to me, therefore I’m leaving this review. The food was nice, not exceptional, but it should be clear on the website that the only way in to the restaurant is by steps and clearly staff need educating.”

“Nice restaurant. I had the January deal. Welsh rarebit toast for start and the confit duck for mains. Overall the food was really nice, I felt the duck on it's own could have done with some more flavour but that's my personal opinion. The dish as a whole was really nice when eaten together. The starter was great. Service was very quick, but didn't feel rushed. I went solo, on Wed at 17:45 and was out in an hour.”

“A delightful gaff! Shout out to the fantastic staff who were super friendly and very efficient. More importantly the food was outstanding! I had the Dirty Gaucho burger which was packed with meat and was a nice mess too. Really good quality pulled pork and bacon. The beautifully grilled patties were the standout though. Juicy and thick with amazing flavour. All housed in a chunky sweet bun which was fluffy but held together pretty well. My side of ribs were also delicious. Meat fell of the bones nicely and more of that superb bbq sauce lathered on them too. I rounded of the feast with a decent size portion of sweet potato fries which were also a delight. Quite pricey but the quality of food as well as the service and environment are a very high standard so it's justified.”
