“First, every dish we had was excellent. So much so that we are returning again tonight! Uhm… “Menu not in English so bring a translator.” What the what?! Hot tip: when you’re in a foreign country the menus will be in a foreign language. (Add that to the fact that while I do try to speak Italian, two of the wait staff spoke English to me.) The main point: this is an incredibly good restaurant with delicious food, and excellent and friendly staff.”

“Very quaint little Italian, modern restaurant in Florence. Primarily serving Tuscan cuisine with an extraordinary menu. However, as a foreigner some of the items on the menu were a little too Italian. This should not deter you from trying it out, I am speaking from my own experience. The restaurant fills up very quickly so you should get there before 12:30 BUT I suggest you definitely need to make a reservation. The restaurant is well situated and has a quaint little garden and the interior is quite modern and upmarket. Definitely worth a visit and a meal just for the experience of going somewhere "local".”

“I have been here a couple of times for breakfast and I love it! The staff is excellent, friendly and smiling. Good coffee, great croissants and a fantastic sea view! So peaceful! The decor is a mix of wood and vintage - it gives me a holiday mood, even if I live locally. Genuine customer service! Should you wish to have lunch or dinner here, it is best to book in advance.
