The freshness and quality of seafood, ingredients are top notch. You can tell this when you try their Sushi and Sashimi platter. Sukiyaki and Tempura Moriawase are great too. It has nice low lighting and minimalist decor, such a nice atmosphere. Service is great too. The price is high but it is understandable for experience and quality.”

Little pieces but maybe because I came 1 hour before close. Good meat to noodle ratio, and love the green tea refreshments that are complimentary. Egg was depressingly over cooked, missing that half gooey yolk and soy-marinated bite to it. Would go back to try their gyozas and hope that their meat was more flavoured and juicy. Service is extremely fast and staff are super friendly in this tourist town.”

The highlight was the food. Our son had the wagyu burger which looked amazing & disappeared in no time! Scotch fillets were perfectly cooked & the mushroom sauce went with the steaks beautifully. “I recently ordered the Chicken Katsu Curry Don from Ramen Samurai through UberEats. The food itself was delicious, one of the better curry's I've had in Perth. However, the serving size of the meal left me with mixed feelings and I'm writing this review so that hopefully others can make informed decisions based on their preference. The price for the dish was $22.50, and I opted to pay extra for additional curry sauce which was another $3. The total cost, including the extra sauce, seemed a bit on the higher side, but I was willing to pay for what I hoped would be an exceptional meal based on reviews. Upon receiving the order, I couldn't help but notice that the quantity of curry sauce was somewhat disappointing. As you can see in the attached photo, the sauce container was only about a third full and the container which had the rice in, did not have any curry in it. I reached out to the restaurant and they responded by saying that the amount of curry received was standard, saying that it's about three ladle's worth using their standard ladle. I generally eat what I'm given but on this occasion still felt that it was a lot less than regular serving sizes from many other restaurants. Looking at some of the other reviews, it seems there is at least one other customer who's expectation was not met in regards to the serving size. In the end, my experience with Ramen Samurai was okay. Again, the food itself was very delicious but portion size, especially for a meal that I paid $25 for was not to my expectation. Worth noting that they did offer to refund the $3 I paid for extra curry sauce which was nice of them but that wasn't why I reached out so I declined.”

The ox tongue and pork cheek were awesome. But the meat in general was well seasoned. The mango daifuku with the mint was surprisingly a good combo. The shop can be a little hard to find but it's path is situated in between to buildings. Plenty of street parking and weekends it free at the parking lot or just park at Westfield's.”

Maybe it was just an off night as all staff were lovely but everything was just moving real slowly. The food was good, but there were little things which made it just slightly miss the mark. The squid lacked tenderness and was quite chewy. The tuna tacos and beef tataki were undersalted. The sushi roll had a lot more rice than filling. And the chicken kaarage was quite dry.”
