“Every time I pass through Barcelona, at least once (if not more) I stop at Asagumo! Sushi freshly prepared, you can see it at the counter, very fresh ingredients, excellent presentation and impeccable and very attentive service. My favorite dishes are those based on butterfish and the hot tartare without forgetting the beef & scallops uramaki. Another dish that cannot be missed is Sashimi Moriawase. Highly recommended!”

“Centrally located, great food, quick and polite service. Got the crispy ebi, the takoyaki and the kimchi ramen. All of it was great! I was asked how spicy I want the ramen and I asked for 2 out of 5. I'm not a heavy player on spiciness but I could barely manage this so if you want to go higher make sure you can take it. The portion of the ramen was more than enough for me but I got greedy and wanted more - which I enjoyed - but I was really stuffed after having all this. The place apparently takes reservations but I was lucky to get a table immediately and the people that came after me did the same. Didn't expect to get ramen on a trip to Spain but was very happy with what I found.”

“Choosing this restaurant made me feel excited and lucky for my trip. Japanese tapas achieved both Japanese and Spanish flavors, but never felt overly creative or difficult to discern. This restaurant refreshed my understanding of fusion because every dish was very delicious. There was no dish that was overly seasoned and overshadowed the original flavor and texture of the ingredients, which was what good Japanese food pursued. On this basis, it also utilized some Spanish styles. None of the sashimi platters were stale; they were all fantastic. In addition, the dumplings, a combination of pork, vegetables, and shrimp, clearly made you feel that they were handmade. On the other hand, the tempura zucchini and steamed egg were not greasy at all. The handling of oil temperature was so professional. The environment and service here were also great. There was no greasy feel despite the open kitchen and the abundance of cooked food. On the other hand, the service staff was very adequate, positive, and friendly.”

The waitstaff are incredibly attentive, ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable dining experience. That said, the food is a bit of a letdown, especially considering the price point. We sampled a variety of items, including the salmon sushi and Philadelphia cheese tempura. While these dishes were good, they didn't stand out as anything special. The shrimp tempura served with a unique duck egg sauce was a highlight, but even that couldn't make up for the overall lackluster culinary experience. In summary, Kibuka excels in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing excellent service but falls short in delivering a meal that matches the high cost. If ambiance and service are your top priorities, you'll enjoy your time here. Just keep your food expectations realistic.”

“Really delicious vegan food. The Mexican and Japanese burgers were amazing. Burgers were 11€, but come with no fries. You'll Need to book your tables in advance if planning to be there at 9pm (all tables were reserved from that time on a Saturday night). All menu items are/can be made Vegan. Service was Very kind, with little to no English. Lots of craft beer as well. No ciders, something to consider in the future ;)”

“The food is good but nothing Grandiose! The view is beautiful and the place is elegant! Anyway, our reservation was initially canceled by the restaurant claiming they couldn't find our reservation and it could not be made because the restaurant was fully booked! We sent a friend to make another reservation and then we were able to attend the dinner as planned. The restaurant was barely full! The service was really unpleasant, it has ruined our experience!”
