Shop 401, Landmark Atrium, 15 Queen's Road Central, Central, Hong Kong

“-Bread is not good as we expected, a bit crowed inside. -Signature disk (i.e. Caviar Jelly, Mashed Potatoes) is perfect as expected -Mashed potatoes just like a warm ice-cream, cannot imagine the texture like this. Very tasty. -Cocktail is not this strength. -Napoleon cake is the best one I had compared with another hotel. Must revisit again for this”

“Every once in a while, will come to Zuma for their weekend brunch. They serve best quality Japanese food with generous quantity. I mean who who doesn't like their sashimi, sushi & maki boats with fresh oysters. Along with their free-flow of bubbles, I usually spend my rest of the afternoon in happy food coma.”

“Today, my friend and I went to a restaurant called "Zip Zip" near Canal Road Flyover in Causeway Bay for lunch. This restaurant used to be a popular café called "Mamaday" but was renovated and rebranded. The interior design of the restaurant still maintains a trendy and playful style, with plenty of Instagrammable spots both inside and outside the store. It has many large glass windows, providing ample natural light to every seat. The decorations inside the restaurant are filled with colorful design elements. The restaurant specializes in Western-style innovative fusion dishes. The menu offers a variety of options, and the names of the dishes are humorous and witty, making you smile after reading them. The entire environment reflects the effort the owners put into it. It's worth mentioning that the restaurant is pet-friendly, so you may see dogs 🐶 or cats 🐱 inside during your meal. The set lunch includes a starter, where you can choose between soup or salad, a main course, and a beverage (no extra charge for chilled drinks). 🥗 The salad is colorful and thoughtfully prepared, not your typical set lunch salad! It includes dragon fruit, blueberries 🫐, shredded carrots 🥕, and a variety of fresh vegetables 🥬. 🥣 The cream vegetable soup is rich in flavor and has a thick texture. It leaves you eagerly anticipating the main course. ♦️ "Avocado Salmon Pizza - No Interesting Information to Provide" ($138) - The pizza crust is thin and crispy, with the edges being as crunchy as biscuits 😍. It has a layer of soft and melty cheese 🧀 on top, along with fresh avocado 🥑, a hint of purple onion slices 🧅, and smoked salmon 🐟, creating a delightfully rich combination of flavors. ♦️ "Cold Udon with a Very Long Name" ($128) - The udon noodles are springy and generously topped with lots of mentaiko (spicy cod roe) and a dash of pepper for a spicy kick. It's incredibly delicious and offers a rich layer of textures. The fried chicken wings 🍗 are golden and crispy, seasoned to perfection. Taking a break at Zip Zip during your workday allows you to relax in the playful atmosphere surrounded by cute decorations and humorous phrases. Enjoying the food in this lively environment gives you a brief recharge before returning to work with renewed energy. 💪🏻”

“Honestly, the quality of food itself was average. However, it was a very unique experience dining here. The best way to describe the food is that the dishes were contemplative and evoked conversations. I enjoyed the stories and little snippets that came before each dish, as well as hearing from our server of the night more about the decor of the restaurant. The food itself was average, presentation instaworthy, and perhaps the reason for the Michelin star was considering everything else.”

“We went there to celebrate a friend’s birthday. A cozy Japanese restaurant that serves cold beer and sake. Very warming atmosphere and amazingly friendly staff and prompt service. The food was above average and adequate serving size as per the price. The staff offered us complimentary beer and that wrapped up our evening with laughters and memory. Recommended for friends and colleagues after work for a few booze.”

“Although Fukuro is famous for its fried corn and steak sandwich, I opt for the plated menu, limited for summer, only available on Monday and Tuesday. You need to book it online and pre-paid the meal ($388). The food overall is fair and the portion is just right for girls. I am definitely not a fan of the environment and the service. Loud and noisy background music. The waiters always wanna collect the plates even we haven’t finished our food. They seem wanna get us out of the restaurant asap. There are 5 dishes to share among the 2 of us. The spinach mixed with sesame sauce and bonito flakes is nice to kick the menu off. Drunken clams are well-soaked with plum wine, Japanese salt, paired with perilla leaves. Sweet and alchohol-y. The portion of tempura is way too small. Grilled beef tongue is of an interesting texture. Chewy and a bit like smoked thick bacon. The sliced miso onion makes it refreshing and adds another layer of texture. Kimchi udon is the last one to end the menu. Kimchi makes it taste sour and just a bit spicy. Sadly, the crab meat and sea urchin is masked by the strong kimchi sauce. Well, after everything, I won’t revisit the restaurant again.”

“Nice Japanese restaurant in LKF! They offer 4 different dinner sets during weekdays and we certainly enjoyed the 【Seafood Dinner Menu】 and 【Wagyu Beef Dinner Menu】 we had. Very impressive toro sashimi, grilled lobster and Wagyu main dish in the seafood set; as well as the A4 Wagyu beef salad and the pot dish featured in the Wagyu set. 〔 Follow me on instagram @sikbaobaola ! ^^ 〕”

“This new year's was horrible! Outside seating is walk in only, they opened 6pm. I arrived 5pm to wait for a table. The reception lady told me that she can't guarantee space for outside. I said how is that possible because outside is walk in only, no way to reserve, and I'm an hour yearly. She pulled her face, walked away as it's I'm causing her a lot of trouble. 6pm comes and we get a table, however there is reserved signs on the other tables? We know it's minimum spend 500 per head, however we arrived 6pm, planning to sit there till past midnight for the count down, as such we will easily make up the 500 per head. (Before reading the rest, please know that our waiter was very nice, every time we ask for something he went inside to find out, as such it was not him being rude to us, but whoever was on the inside). Asked the waiter if we could order beer and cocktails, he said no only outside menu, however the beer is on tap on the outside. The staff felt very unsure about what we allowed outside and what not. Then he came back and said "sorry we can't serve beer because minimum spend is 500". I replied and said that we can order 10 beers, we are going to be here till the countdown? My mom's birthday was 1 Jan. I brought candles and then asked if we could order dessert, and put the candles on. The waiter said sorry no desserts outside. 30 minutes later the reserved table next to us showed up. Then they get desserts. I asked the staff how does this work? With a reply, they are VIP guests. Don't get me wrong, we ended up making friends with that table and yes, Terry and his wife Apple are VIPs there, lovely people. But the restaurant staff made the whole night unpleasant as we felt unwelcome. My parents came to visit all the way from South Africa with my mom's birthday being 1 Jan, I really thought it would be a fun night at Harlan's as we have spent the previous 2 years there and it was amazing. Unfortunately, this year, management and staff treated us unwell. What a shame.”

“Very romantic atmosphere and vibe, love the rooftop view with the cool breeze. You can see Victoria harbour and all the beautiful city lights while enjoying your food. 🌃✨ The staff were all very kind and accommodating, great customer service 🥩My favourite was their Angus steak, a perfect balance of fat and lean but melt-in-your-mouth meat. Along with the mashed potatoes and gravy 🐟Their fish was served with miso soup, sweet radish, corn, firm tofu and was so succulent 🍰They served the best chocolate lava cake with hot, molten choco with the cool sweet matcha ice cream and nuts 🥂their new Halloween drinks were so realistic + cute, I loved the bloody ocean with a slightly savoury coconut taste, overall their drinks were very good 🍒Their pate was served with fig that blended well with the liver 🥑they had an buttery avocado roll wrapped on fresh salmon with flavourful ikura”

“246 HKD for the raclette cheese lobster tsukemen. They added service charge and make you pay for the tea. The tea is very bland too. The soup is very bland, all the taste comes from the lobster only. It’s very difficult and messy to eat, since all the noodles are below the lobsters and tangled with each other, you need to hold the lobster while dipping the noodles to the soup. And I think the food is not very hygienic, since both my friend and I got stomachache after eating here. Pay with octopus card only”

“A nice Japanese restaurant at Whampoa. The sashimi is fresh and thick, the wagyu and the cod we ordered we brilliantly made. The dishes including the salad, the corn, the pork stick, the steamed egg and the rice are at par, not too outstanding though. The final one, the dessert, coconut ice cream is very delicious. Service is good and the price is reasonable. Overall a nice dining experience.”
