“Great experience! My wife (Japanese) and myself really enjoyed our dinner at Taku. The atmosphere is very quiet, you can choose between 2 rooms. One of the Japanese chefs came to say hi and to ask if everything was ok. The food and quality of fish was amazing. Good choice also for the non-sushi menu.”

“Review of "Global Fusion" Japanese Restaurant: A Cultural Kaleidoscope Imagine a Japanese restaurant in Italy, run by Chinese staff, serving sushi made by a Bangladeshi chef and tasted by Indian connoisseurs - talk about a culinary rollercoaster! :) The menu was a confused jumble of flavours that left our taste buds scratching their heads. The service was like a comedy of cultural errors. :) If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience that will leave you in fits of laughter (or bewilderment), this "diversified" restaurant is the place to go! Bon voyage, or should I say, こんにちは (Konnichiwa), or maybe not! :) Ramen is just boiled instant noodles from Supermarket Shushi just a crape with refrigerated old rice and fish. All reviews looks like fake. We were family of 8 reviewed -1 out 5.”

“They have a great variety of ingredients for your poke which is fun. It tasted fine, we liked it. My only concern about the place is that they are not working with the freshest fish. Altough they had tuna on the menu, it was not displayed at the counter. I asked the guy if they have tuna which he didnt really know the answer to, he went back to the kitchen and a couple of seconds later, he brought a container of tuna. Well Im no fish expert but Im a home cook and I often make sushi at home, so Ive seen some tuna over the years. This tuna was different, it was brown with little white dots.. I asked him if it fresh. Im not saying if it was inedible or if it was dangerous to eat, but It was not fresh and I would never reccomend for someone to eat raw tuna like this. So in general, Its a good place with nice selection and fair prices, but be aware with the “fresh” fish.”

“When I was traveled alone in the center of Lecce on New Year’s Eve, I walked to a restaurant to eat sushi. Although I didn’t make a reservation, the proprietress kindly let me eat there. I feel that the whole restaurant’s staffs are really warm and friendly and so nice to me,they made me feel like back to my home 😆. Later, because the reserved guest came, I hurriedly gave up my seat, and the proprietress and the sushi staff even gave me sushi to take away，cus New Year’s Eve is the special day for everyone,and I feel so warm of what I met in this nice restaurant.”

“An absurdly beautiful place, with attention to every aesthetic aspect, far from the classic oriental-style restaurants. Very short waiting time. The menu is a bit meager but what they offer is of excellent quality. Refined and tasty dishes. Two things I didn't like: they require you to finish dinner by a certain time and the second the limit on some dishes. I will definitely come back.”
