“I love neighborhood restaurants and this little place meets all the requirements. A familiar atmosphere, unpretentious, great ramen, friendly and helpful service. Ramen Tatsu is in a little strip mall with adequate parking. The restaurant is not very big but they managed to accommodate a party of 12 when I was there. What I liked best about their ramen is the lack of high sodium content. I can taste the many flavors without the overwhelming taste of salt. They have the requisite spice levels from none to ghost peppers. The prices are very affordable. I think we spent less than 30 dollars including add one and dessert. This is a family restaurant and has that feel. You can order by app and phone for pick up or make reservations online. Worth the visit”

“Love this place but definitely gets busy at the usually hours so be polite if service is slow, It's worth it. Order the gyoza immediately, fried hot and delicious, wonderful light and crisp. Rolls are solid, market sushi is amazing and honestly some of my favorite chicken katsu (I like it extra thin with very thin breading). Chicken wings are so lightly crisp, totally random menu option but I'm down for it. 10/10 for unsauced lightly seasoned wings. This has almost become a weekly staple, good food for the price.”

“My husband and I are big ramen enthusiasts, we simply love it. While driving through Vegas, we stopped by Noodles and More after reading the reviews and seeing their photos/menu. It is absolutely amazing! We loved our choices. Husband had the Tonkotsu Ramen and I had the Shoyu Chicken Ramen. Both were so delicious, the chicken in mine tasted very freshly made and super flavorful! For apps we had the seaweed salad and the takoyaki balls, both delicious. The service was great, got our food quickly. Presentation was on point. Overall an awesome experience, we will definitely be back the next time we're in Vegas!”

“This place is absolutely stunning. Firstly the staff immediately greeted us with a very professional and caring manner. It was our first time and they explained everything very well. They have multiple seating arrangements and was confusing to me at first, until the hostess explained it all. It was awesome. They have booth seating, a bar, a table that I can't explain but it authentic to the restaurant, and hibachi seating. We choose the hibachi as we were celebrating my wife's birthday. They explained the menu to us and the food was delicious. Everything tasted fresh, and prepared to our liking. Our chef was very friendly and amazing on the grill. Our son was a little scared of the fire at first so the chef made sure to always keep him informed of what was coming next and made the experience much better. Our server was amazing as well, he was very professional and fast. Our drinks never went empty and he was always there to help. They offered the kids ice cream, and they loved it. This is definitely a spot for celebrations and the staff makes it unforgettable.”

I am located in NYC, so the prices in this location were very reasonable for the kind of food, but underpriced if you consider the quality and service. We asked about the happy hour, turn out it is available by the bar/ lounge only. We rather to have full menu and stayed within restaurant table. To our surprise we got discount on the delicious drinks, without even asking for it - just because we didn’t got the happy hour prices (which was our decision). Overall me and my friends enjoy that place very much and definitely gonna come back whenever we are in Las Vegas.”

“My sister and I found this gem of a restaurant in a strip mall. The Japanese cuisine was wonderful. The menu is extensive, from sushi to donburi and anything in-between. There are so many of my favorites that I have a difficult time choosing. That's when the bento box is an outstanding decision. You can order one or two of your favorites for lunch. For dinner, you can choose 3 items for your bento box. But beware, the portions are generous. The staff is very warm and welcoming. I will have to return many more times because there are so many of my favorites to choose from.”
