“Never expected to find such authentic and delicious Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine in Germany but we were absolutely blown away with the service, food quality and taste and the ambience was excellent. We ordered two mains with salmon and they were both exceptional tasting including the portion sizes. We were so impressed that we also took takeaway sushi for lunch next day. Dessert was the panda cotta and it topped off the whole meal, the texture and taste was amazing. We loved everything and would highly recommend!”

“The place is definitely worth visiting! Food was on another level. There were several extras from the kitchen and they were all interesting and delicious (special highlight was camomile ice cream)! We ordered a different number of courses per person and I received a tiny portion of the soup with kimchi (tasted amazing) that was included in a different menu, so I don’t just sit and watch. That was incredibly nice and I definitely did not expect it. Dishes were absolutely amazing: beets with horse radish, soup with kimchi, fish, feta ice cream! Absolutely delicious! Except Kaviar on white chocolate. I found a combination weird and unappetizing. Very sweet and very salty/fishy taste did not match for me at all, however, vegetarian version with wasabi Kaviar was good. Also, dill ice cream did not work for us. This is the last dish of the evening and I simply did not want to have this taste in my mouth. Service was friendly, design of the place is very classic and chic!”

“Perfectly well-thought out meal with many surprises before, between and after the meal. Lots of small bites were given and not specifically mentioned in the menu which were the surprises. The small bites were also done with much finesse and effort. The mains were all fantastic using ingredients from various parts of the world and in perfect harmony with each mouthful. “My expectations were extremely high. There is a lot of noise around this restaurant across Germany, Europe and beyond. I was a bit skeptical to be honest, but wow, did they deliver. 5 stars in every aspect. Only downside might be the wine menu but it's always difficult for younger restaurants and you can't compare them with the legacy ones. And the pairing was still very nice. The 30 (or more?) courses were fantastic and I loved every single one of them. There is a clear red line through the menu, the quality of the products is outstanding, the atmosphere is very homey and the staff including the chefs give you a feeling of being welcome in their kitchen and are happy to answer any questions. It's crazy that they do double seating and deliver on such a high level twice every night. Courses in June contained a lot of fish, fresh veritable and fruits and two courses of lamb. Great balance, great creativity, not too creative (right on the edge), very high skills from all over the world. Go there, have a blast, you won't regret it. Worth every cent. Dylan even spend 10 minutes with me at the end sharing his travel suggestions for Vancouver.”

The staff was professional and knowledgeable, the food doesn’t only look good it was absolutely delicious (my compliments to the new head chef!), and the tea pairing was incredible, my palate and my senses were travelling to different wonderful places 😍 I can highly recommend for a special occasion, I had a wonderful time!
