“First and foremost, the portion size was remarkable. The plate was heaped with a generous serving of Ono chicken, making it an excellent value for money. It's safe to say that you won't leave this restaurant feeling hungry! Now, onto the taste - it was simply outstanding. The Ono chicken was cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and tender, flavorful meat on the inside. The seasoning was a harmonious blend of sweet and salty, offering a unique and mouthwatering experience. Moreover, the sides that accompanied the dish were equally impressive. The rice and mac salad complemented the chicken beautifully. The attention to detail in each element of the plate was evident. Only ask would have been for a little more sauce. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice but a little cramped given the number of people waiting in line. Overall it had a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere but I would suggest takeout unless you’re ready to eat in the back.”

“One of the best vegan Japanese place in Portland. The whole menu is vegan and chef made. They make all the sauces in house which was really nice to know. We tried a lot the things from the menu. From my point of view, onigiri, udon noodle soup and giant tots were the best. We ate here twice on our 4-day trip to Portland. It's hard of find street parking on busy days around this place, so I would go prepared if that's when you are going. The service was top notch. Everyone explained the ingredients and process really in detail which showed how much effort they have put in the menu. 12/10 would definitely go back to this place when I'm in Portland again.”

“We noticed this place on a random trip to the post office. It has a chill vibe with the graphics, open concept and music they play. We ordered veggie tempura and a salad to start. I ordered the Komo lemonade and added sake to booze it up! Rolls were spicy jalapeño roll, crunchy roll and the Hawaiian! All were delicious. We would return here!”

“Was at the UPS store when I smelled their food. Smelled amazing! Grabbed food for the family. I got beef and chicken. Wife and son got beef. Other son got spicy pork. The veggies were cooked to perfection. The chicken tasted good, but was kinda tuff. The beef was soft with a onion/fish sauce flavored teriyaki. The lady whom helped us was so very nice. I want to try their won tons next pretty good. Slightly better than most. But service was very pleasant.”

“The Food was excellent. My family was a little early for the dinner rush so we had the restaurant to ourselves. It was a nice and peaceful place to eat. I highly recommend this place. We had the Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box, Kirin Happy Family, and the Honey Walnut Shrimp. There was a long wait between our order arrival so next time I would specifically ask that all food is brought out at one time.”
