“Choosing this restaurant made me feel excited and lucky for my trip. Japanese tapas achieved both Japanese and Spanish flavors, but never felt overly creative or difficult to discern. This restaurant refreshed my understanding of fusion because every dish was very delicious. There was no dish that was overly seasoned and overshadowed the original flavor and texture of the ingredients, which was what good Japanese food pursued. On this basis, it also utilized some Spanish styles. None of the sashimi platters were stale; they were all fantastic. In addition, the dumplings, a combination of pork, vegetables, and shrimp, clearly made you feel that they were handmade. On the other hand, the tempura zucchini and steamed egg were not greasy at all. The handling of oil temperature was so professional. The environment and service here were also great. There was no greasy feel despite the open kitchen and the abundance of cooked food. On the other hand, the service staff was very adequate, positive, and friendly.”

“If you're on the hunt for a spot with a fantastic atmosphere and exceptional service, Kibuka is worth a visit. The waitstaff are incredibly attentive, ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable dining experience. That said, the food is a bit of a letdown, especially considering the price point. We sampled a variety of items, including the salmon sushi and Philadelphia cheese tempura. While these dishes were good, they didn't stand out as anything special. The shrimp tempura served with a unique duck egg sauce was a highlight, but even that couldn't make up for the overall lackluster culinary experience. In summary, Kibuka excels in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing excellent service but falls short in delivering a meal that matches the high cost. If ambiance and service are your top priorities, you'll enjoy your time here. Just keep your food expectations realistic.”

“Positive: Unlike other sushi buffets, it offers the same menu regardless the time of the day or the day of the week when you go. In general, it was quite disappointing. First of all, even though the place wasn’t too crowded, the service was way too slow. Moreover, the sushi rice was a bit undercooked and hard, so the sushi wasn’t so enjoyable. Also, one of the fried sushi came cold and chewy so that we couldn’t eat it.”

“Customer service: Superb , the customer service here is a breath of fresh air in Barcelona, I had a request and they were able to facilitate it in a short time. They were also very friendly. Food: the quality was good, however the portions were a bit small. There was also not much variety on the menu. The lobster roll was the best in my opinion the California roll did lack a bit of flavour Ambience: this place seems to be a delivery spot but has incorporated a few seats to accommodate customers, I usually don’t like the smell of fish but because of the set up of the I place wasn’t able to escape it. With that being said I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place because it has potential really improve.”

“Cozy place specialised in gyozas. The range of options is very original and well worked out - special mention to the gyozas made of "bikini iberico". My favourite were bolletus and shrimps - super tasty. My highlight goes to the service - very attentive - it is great to see how a good place levels up because of a good service. Overall experience: 8/10. Recommended 100%.”

“I don’t understand the hype. It’s an average sushi which you can get also in a normal buffet restaurant. To be honest it’s overpriced. Imagine, we paid 80€ for two person not even full enough. Apparently, they over charge us for the dessert as well which we communicated but never get any response.”

“Out of 9 pieces of sushi, only 4 contained any fish. The rest were cucumber or cucumber/avocado. Miso soup was watery and probably straight out of the box. Definitely not the best sushi around. Nice setting in the restaurant though.”

“An amazing place! I advise all fans of rolls to visit! Very friendly waiters, took the order in English. I also liked the serving of dishes very much. All the rolls were on the highest score.
