“Wow! The service was lightning quick, I got my items less than 10 minutes after ordering. Also, all of the staff were very friendly. The Yakitori skewers are a must have, so good. I also got sake, which they serve hot or cold, and it was very nice. The tofu I ordered was fluffy and soft. There are also sushi chefs who prepare it fresh right in front of you (if you sit at the high chairs). I would definitely recommend coming here if you fancy a change of pace from the local cuisine.”

The service was quick, the rustic French food with a personal twist was on point and the typical atmosphere of a French bistro was bright & fun, highlighted by the massive central Murano glass chandelier. 10/10”

“Went here for a late night snack and was definitely not disappointed. All the staff were lovely and greeted me upon entry, and all the food arrived at the same time and very quickly. I ordered 5pcs of chicken gyoza, miso soup, and the Crunch tempura-avocado sushi. Everything was super tasty, flavourful and delicious ! Will definitely come back !”

“Located in Place Grimaldi which lies along rue de la Liberte, we meandered into Bozen on a whim, simply looking for a decent place to eat, preferably Asian-style food. Bozen met the bill. The restaurant has a chain feel with an extensive Japanese cuisine style offering but some interesting Westernized twists. I liked that the menu had photos of most plates so you had a good idea of what to expect. We order a deep fried rice and salmon dish, grilled salmon poke bowl and salmon tartare (I guess we felt like salmon that night). Everything was served quickly, efficiently and was well flavored. No complaints other than the restaurant is extremely bright (white lights and white walls) which gave it a somewhat anti-septic feel. Enjoy!”
