Overall had a bit of vibe of a speakeasy but didn’t seem like a proper one - not much secretive or discreet ! The staff serving the drinks were friendly ! Cocktail that I tried was ok Definitely from a location point of view seemed like a popular place!”

“We walked in on a Friday ~5:15pm without a reservation and were happy to score two janky stools by the door. Cool. Dark. Well worn. Really felt like a speakeasy. Someone was late for their shift, so a lone bartendar was working extra quick/hard to serve everyone until help arrived. Our cocktails were excellent!”

“It's definitely an experience to spend a night show there. Place looks run down but at the same time it can be cool and intimate. Limited seating is especially annoying when someone popular is performing. Cocktail menu is pretty nice with some classic as well as not so popular drinks. Overall worth a visit if you are into jazz or live music.”

“Best show ever. These guys should get a $200 cover. Mike Stern & his band gave us more than our $15 worth. Life-changing experience. The legendary guitarist performs a 10 pm set on Mondays. It's the best-kept secret in town. Such a chill vibe from the colorful staff. You can hang with band members after too. Two-drink minimum. Favorite part of visiting NYC.”

“Delightful atmosphere, absolutely loved the murals and the old timey feel. We went in around 2:30 pm, well before the music started, and it was really hard to get service. We had to wait for someone to leave the bar, and even then the bartender was not the most attentive. Drinks were good, definitely overpriced. You’re paying for the experience and atmosphere for sure. But not a bad way to spend a winter afternoon, if you want to be spendy.”

“I'm so happy I visited Tooker Alley! On the recommendation of a friend who was having a birthday, we all went here and had an amazing time. If you enjoy well made craft cocktails, then this is the place for you! The menu alone is unbelievable. The descriptions provided for each cocktail read like a story. What I also love is that the menu isn't too overwhelming with options. The waitress was also extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on drinks in general. I can't wait to come back here!”
