“(I’d change the rate when the restaurant sees my comment) First of all, the food and drink are good and it’s quite spacious with a good vibe. But the service is very poor-managed. We waited 30mins for ordering and super long for the food coming. Each time we wanted to get something, the waiting is incredibly long. It might be because our table is not at a good sight from the waiters because the next table got order and food within a reasonable time. We ordered one dish and in the end we had to cancel it because it was completely ignored. When we went pay, they didn’t know where we sat even we explained it. It seemed like they don’t have a system at all regarding service. Also it seems very understaffed or just poorly distributed. The waiting made the whole experience not enjoyable.”

“They care about customer, after the watch bought had scratches on the back cover, which they explained it was exhibition piece, we agreed to replace it with brand new watch from the factory. It came, but they send totally different model. Again, we agreed I return it obviously, for the correct model, but they send me again the watch I obtained for the first time(again not a watch from factory stickers and plastic covers), with scratches polished, but with bent bracelet this time.. I dont understand why somebody would open the watch when its solar powered to potencially break seal. Also they dont warn you or in any way they give you know in the process of buying that the watch might be from the shop showroom.”
