“This was my first time here at Cactus Joe's and wow! do I LOVE it! Obviously they have loads of cactus to buy for landscaping, but they have the most creative displays of metal art throughout! We wandered the paths getting a sense of what they had available and waited for the pieces to say, "pick me! pick me!" I will certainly return regularly... today we purchased a little ladybug, a peacock, a rat, and an ant in his little house! I cant wait to discover where they will live in our backyard 😍 We loved all the dinosaurs and dragons, and other huge variety of large metal sculptures, but most especially the giant Flying Saucer (perfectly rusted!) and my FAVORITE! the giant blue long-neck dino! Wish I had an unlimited budget lol Thank you, Astrid, for a fantastic visit (associate who made herself available to guide us about) and Cactus Joe himself! What a cool guy 😁 so happy to find your incredible nursery. I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND! and will certainly return”

“The customer service was great…. until I needed assistance after the sale was complete. I was looking for a TV for my sister. They have all TVs on a generic blue screen and the one I liked appeared to have a good picture. I tried switching it to a settings screen and seemed to look ok. I had my mom pay for it while I went to go park the car closer. A younger guy helped with the purchase (never offered any service agreement). We ended up taking it home and it was having issues starting up (hours later) and then later realized that there are horizontal lines that are more obvious in non blue screens like their generic background picture. My mother called and the manager Lana said she would call her district office to see if she could do anything since we didn’t purchase a service agreement (that we weren’t offered). The following weekend my mom and I went back to the store (with the tv) to see if we could do an exchange at least and speak with Lana since we hadn’t heard anything. Her associate said she doesn’t work weekends and he’s not contacting her because she’s in Mt. Charleston with her family. So we left our phone number (again). Well it’s been over 4 days and 2 different attempts to give my phone number to speak with someone and nothing. Even if they didn’t realize the TV they sold me had lines in it - it would have been nice to get communication on how to rectify the situation.”

“What a great locally owned liquor store. Such an amazing variety and great service. I’ve driven by this place so many times and had NO idea what I was missing out on. I don’t live close to this place but now I will be making special trips for the great selection and the beers on tap. You can have samples and if you wish then you can get a growler to go. They currently have 3 different Goose Island beers on tap and that was a A+ move on their part along with 3 other beers to try. Janessa and Teri are super awesome and helpful. They helped me get my Thursday off to great start.”
