“I'm not gonna lie, Joyology is not my favorite dispo. But that's not because of the product, personnel, or price. The prices are consistently the best in dispoland. The staff is great as well. And they're fast. For as tiny as this place is I've never had to wait in the lobby before shopping, I've always been able to walk right in. But that segues us to my two issues with Joyology. It's tiny. It's not claustrophobic tiny, but it's close. My only other issue is that the parking is also tiny and it's a tight squeeze pulling into and out of the driveway. Update: Joyology has stealthily been creeping into my number one go to dispo.. they consistently have the best deals in town. Catch them on a good day and you can get 1g carts for $7.50.”

“This was my first time visiting a rock shop, and what a visit it was. I live out of state and was there for a weekend getaway. We stumbled on Geoscape accidentally. I'm very glad we did. Such beautiful pieces and so much variety! Outdoors there were large bins of different larger stones. Inside there was everything from huge display pieces to smaller home decor to jewelry to small animal carved stones and everything in between. There was definitely a steep price difference between most things and the more rare stone and/or stones not altered by man. We were there for a long time. We ended up with some jewelry, small stones, and geodes to open when we got home. My friend's was beautiful but unfortunately mine wouldn't open no matter what we tried.”

“My very expensive watch that I got at Greenfield Village 8 years ago needed a new battery. I have to have a jewelry store do it since they need special equipment. It is made out of recycled copper and stainless steel from a old factory in New York. They only charged $16 which is the normal price in the past. Since they are having their "famous" good fortune sale where you choose a fortune cookie and see what the discount is. Anywhere between 20 to 50% off. You DON'T get to do this first, you have to be buying something. This place is full of too expensive jewelry. After hearing the radio ads for years, I thought they may have stuff for us normal working stiffs. I finally found small pearl earrings for $85. My cookie had 27% off so brought it down to $60 something. Glad I finally stopped in but when I need good earrings, I will stick to the jewelry store in Monroe that understands most of us don't have money to burn. At least they have lots of sales people.”

“We are loyal shoppers to this location which can possibly be looked up by my phone number for their rewards program. We don’t like big name brand stores, and we live in Menominee so this location is the closest. Yet I was accused of possibly bringing bottles from over the state border to return at this location which I would never do. I was told I need to have my receipts showing I paid for the product and paid the deposit to return certain bottles here, this is so unacceptable and I’m extremely disappointed in how I was treated at this location today. It is one thing to think that someone is breaking the law, but it’s a very different thing to verbally out loud accuse them of it in front of another customer who was in line behind me. I will be looking through my receipts to bring them into the store just to prove my point because I am very upset at being accused of breaking the law. Edited to add receipt photo to review.”
