I am Hispanic (husband is Indian) and very little experience with Indian clothing. The Nazranaa staff were beyond amazing and patient with me. Ascot functions as its own wholesaler, so we appreciated the ability to see available diamonds in person, right on the spot, rather than to have to wait for diamonds to be shipped in for viewing (other jewelers that we met with would have charged a several-hundred dollar fee for diamond viewing). Ordered perfumes for my girlfriend's birthday. The wrong model of perfume arrived! The bday and the gift are ruined. They offered me a 5% discount. I paid money for the return of the perfume out of my own pocket. I found the return address on their website. Sent the perfume. No perfume, no money back!!!”

“This guy is amazing. We got a Tanjore painting shipped from India without the glass, but we had to take art from the original frame to do that but it was nailed and taped all over. Modern memory design was the only person accepted the job and took out the art with zero damage from the old frame and did new frame and UV glass . The art now looks like a 3D image . I highly recommend for any framing work.”
