Heather helped us design the perfect (I mean PERFECT :) ), engagement ring and managed to keep it in our modest budget. She even managed to get in 3 samples of designs we were interested in, which tremendously helped our confidence in purchasing the chosen one, because at other places it was "just imagine what it will look like", or "once we order it, it's yours!" “Went all the way from Houston to take a screen printing class. Was worth every penny. Very detailed and hands-on. Very welcoming and accommodating. Every member of their team was willing to go the extra mile. Brandon, the president, was there the whole time, mingling and speaking with each student to ensure that their individual goals were met. Directing resources towards the success of the class. The machines and materials they used were state of the art. At the end of the class a very generous discount was also offered to students. The instructors were very knowledgeable and very willing to share knowledge. My goal was different from the core essence of the class as I wanted to learn to print on wood instead of t-shirts. They went the extra mile to explore how best to help me. (They weren't obligated to do that though). Highly recommend this bunch for all your screen printing supplies. Have a problem jump on a call with a friendly staff and see for yourself what I am talking about.”

“My recent visit to Card Exchange left me thoroughly disappointed. It's evident that this establishment lacks integrity and fairness in their dealings. Witnessing an employee swindle a customer out of valuable Pokémon cards, offering a mere fraction of their worth, was disheartening. It's unacceptable to offer only 50% less than market value, leaving the seller with a mere $500 for items worth thousands. Additionally, when they attempted to purchase my items, they offered a paltry 70% of their value. Furthermore, the owner's complaints about rent prices came across as unprofessional and irrelevant to the customer experience. Overall, Card Exchange falls short of being a reputable card shop and fails to uphold fair and ethical business practices.”

Bought a pair of Blowfish saddles and am so impressed that the store carries this largely vegan brand. The owner/manager etc. are always very friendly, and the place always looks inviting and very well-curated. My one rub is the religious theme :/ They just about make up for that by having very reasonable prices and by wrapping the gifts sublimely 👏”
