“My husband originally purchased my engagement ring from another jeweler. However, one day the diamond and prong setting completely broke off at random and was lost. We were in need of a loose diamond to fix my defected ring. We decided to go to Wixon Jewelers to see what they could do for us. Wow, am I glad that we did! First off - the owner, Dan is an incredible guy to work with; he truly cares for his customers! We are so grateful and thankful for what he and his team did for us! Shawn was also very pleasant to work with! He was very knowledgeable and genuine when assisting us in finding the right diamond! Secondly - what a BEAUTIFUL diamond! And what an incredible job they did putting it on my band! We are absolutely blown away by how beautiful my ring is with this GORGEOUS diamond! It is flawless and leaves me speechless. My ring sparkles like it never has before! We are overly satisfied with our experience and product from Wixon Jewelers. “The JBJ team did a phenomenal job with my custom engagement ring! I came to them with a vision and it is better than I ever expected! My fiancé proposed with elk ivories (elk teeth) from our first elk hunt together and requested that I design a ring that incorporates them. It was difficult to find a company that WOULD design a ring with he ivories but JBJ was excited to include the material in the ring! Myself and the JBJ team went back and forth until we reached the final design. Everyone was fantastic to work with. I was able to incorporate some of my fiancés grandmas diamonds and wood in the ring as well. They also helped me design a band for my fiancé that also included the ivories as well as the same wood types in my ring. Overall, my experience working with JBJ was great, I would recommend anyone to them!”

“Dylan is a great employee, I asked him for a dab rig, and he not only helped me pick out exactly what I wanted, he also made sure I had everything I needed to start dabbing! everything was affordable and he cared about what I wanted to buy, without trying to upsell me anything!!! He answered every one of my questions and showed actual concern for me, the customer!! If you want to be taken seriously and listened to, I recommend going to here! “First time picking up item bought online from this outlet. It took the staff member more than 15 minutes going thru multiple cages to locate the item I ordered online. Once located, they took equally long time because the model number was covered by their sticker that they having trouble removing. I was left in the dark what's going on although I was standing by the service counter. I only learned by inquiring directly. A few times I got inquired by other staff if I have been help which I appreciate. Not a pleasant customer service experience.”
