For example, there was one instance when I requested the Rolex Boucher, but they have ran out of stock, she ensured there was an additional copy kept aside for me the next time I visit. (Thank you so much again, I love flipping through the catalog looking at all the beautiful pieces I would love to own one day). She is extremely patient and you would never feel like you have a rushed experience at the store, always fun to try out new display pieces! “To say that I am disgusted is an understatement. The staff are beyond rude and I will not be going back to this store for any reason. My teenage daughter and I walked in 20 minutes prior to closing. My daughter made her selections of clothing and went to try them on. Two female staff members were standing by the change room complaining about other staff and made no effort to greet or assist myself or my daughter. At exactly 5:00pm to the second one of the staff glares at me standing outside of the change rooms whilst my daughter is trying on the last garment and rudely tells me that they are now closed and to hurry up and that my daughter should not try on the last item. After my daughter had decided on the items to purchase I told her I would go and pay for them whilst she changes to speed up our purchace. I then went to the counter to pay and realised I had left the two gift cards in the car, which was parked right outside the of the store. My daughter came to meet me at the counter, after being called a brat by the ladies at the change rooms, and then quickly went to get the gift cards from the car. We were then met by yet another rude staff member who proceeded to roll her eyes and tell us that we were holding everyone up. We spent $194.95 within 24 minutes of being in your store with no help or assistance only rude arrogance from the staff. We finalised our purchace at 5:04pm, 4 minutes after you had closed. Seriously need to have a good hard look at your "team".”

Lani, Sarah and Gemma were fantastic from the very start! They helped me pick out the perfect stone, setting and gold all within my budget and were so patient and helpful when I was undecided on style and wanted to see all the options again. The whole team is so friendly and really listens to what you want rather than pushing a style or design onto you like I have found with some other jewellers. We were able to pay the ring off in instalments whenever suited us too which was a bonus! Yes the ring takes a while to make but it is so so worth it for a beautiful, ethical, one of a kind ring. “Kathmandu Chadstone Terrible Customer Treatment I recently visited the Kathmandu store in Chadstone on Thursday, January 11th, with the intent of refunding a water bottle I had purchased just two weeks prior. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Upon arriving at the store, I approached the counter with my receipt in hand, expecting a straightforward refund process. To my surprise, the manager, an older white woman, appeared to be disinterested and refused to process my refund, despite the fact that I had a valid receipt for the purchase. This encounter left me perplexed and frustrated as I couldn't comprehend why a simple refund request, supported by a legitimate receipt, would be met with such resistance. I felt that my concerns were dismissed without any reasonable explanation or attempt to address the issue. The overall tone of the interaction made me question the professionalism and customer-centric approach of the store. It is disappointing to encounter such lacklustre service, especially when customers are simply seeking to exercise their rights within the bounds of the store's policies. It is important to note that I do not wish to make baseless accusations, but the experience did leave me feeling disheartened. I believe it's crucial for any establishment to treat all customers fairly and with respect, regardless of their background or appearance. I hope that this incident was an isolated one and does not reflect the values of Kathmandu as a whole. My visit to Kathmandu Chadstone on this particular occasion was marked by a regrettable encounter, and I sincerely hope that the store can address such issues to ensure a more positive experience for all customers in the future.”
