“Went in to get matching permanent bracelets with my partner and we were running late to our appointment due to Toronto traffic but they were super understanding and accommodating about it! Unfortunately when we got home my partner's bracelet broke through no fault of his OR the clerk who put it on him - one of the surrounding chain links snapped off, not the link where it was welded together! When we called the store they were again super accommodating and lovely, apologizing and booking us in first thing the next day to fix it for free. Had no issues with the chain since, they both are holding strong and look amazing! The person who welded our bracelets talked us through the whole process. The store is so gorgeous and aesthetically pleasing, and everyone who worked there was so friendly and welcoming. I purchased a BEAUTIFUL necklace by the artist Dianne Rodger - each jewelry display has information on the artist who made the pieces. The woman who helped me provided amazing assistance, showing me how the necklace hung perfectly on me but if I didn't like it they could adjust the chain. She also provided me with the full wrapping, gift bag, and brochures for the artist and store, even though I wore the necklace out (because I loved it so much). In conclusion, you can come for the beautiful jewellery, supporting local artists, but the incredible staff and overall vibe will also win you over. I 100% recommend this place!”

Their diamond experts were very knowledgeable and allowed us to try on whatever we wanted. Costumer service was lovely and cleaned our wedding jewelry quickly and beautifully. “I happened to spot this store very lately near my home which is at Sherway Gardens RD. This store is situated inside CF Sherway gardens mall basement and there is a good chance that you’ll miss it unless you visit Saks Fifth Avenue shopping place. I was happy to see all the grocery items, organic fruits and vegetables at my finger tips. There is a small cafeteria and a fairly good bakery which seems a little bit overpriced. The place is very clean and maintained well. I am reducing one star only for the overprice on most of the items as I saw today. I tried mocha eclair and flourless chocolate cake from the bakery. Both were nice but the second item was just a revised form of chocolate cup cake but they charged almost 9$ for the same just for the fancy name it seems. Everything is good from a cleanliness and convenience perspective. I will try it for some more time and come back with a more elaborate review.”

“My experience with this boutique was nothing short of spectacular. I would first like to mention that if you know the date and time you are planning on visiting the store then you should make an appointment on their website. This process was so easy and really made the shopping experience seamless because you don’t have to worry about waiting to be helped, especially on weekends when the store sees more foot traffic. You will even receive a text before the appointment from a member of staff letting you know that they look forward to your visit. I made an appointment for this past Sunday and before we even entered the store it was a positive experience. I didn’t even have to open the door because security saw us coming and greeted us. The chicest woman I’ve ever seen stood before us, greeted us by name and showed us to our sales associate. From there it only got better. Our sales associate Matthew was simply the best. He was so patient showing us everything I asked to see and was extremely kind the whole time. I was only purchasing one item but he popped champagne for us and treated us like we were repeat clients. He took so much care into packaging my purchase and even threw in extra goodies. Matthew had no idea it was my birthday, or that it was my first time purchasing from Cartier, but he made the visit very special for my partner and I. Truly a luxury shopping experience from beginning to end.”
