“The quality of meat was horrible! It was so bad I had to return it. It was slimy and fell apart. It was clearly rotten, but it looked really red like it was good meat. Sam, one of the managers, said I could only get a gift card when I returned it because it was her policy, even though I have just paid cash for the $15.00 meat purchase. She said anything over $10 has to be in a gift card. I purchased meat from other Ralphs all the time, and I was shocked at the poor customer service and quality of meat.”
