“Customer service was terrible today, the person taking my order laughed as if I was stupid when ordering. And could hear them saying things in the background. Every interaction was rude. Waited awhile for anyone to interact with me at the pickup window and then wasn’t greeted or given a “have a nice day” or anything as I left. Just held up the scanner & handed me my drink. A smile or hello would be nice.”
