“I enjoyed karaoke here, but just be aware that this establishment charges you sales tax for the subtotal including auto gratuity (for parties of 6 or more). In other words, it’s not the subtotal that’s being taxed, it’s the subtotal + auto gratuity that’s being taxed in the end. That said, the service is great but the interior atmosphere is a bit plain. No ambient lighting and no tambourines. If you just come for a no-frills karaoke session, you’ll be good to go. I really liked the fact that we didn’t have to buy a drink minimum, though. I would come again for the service but the room decor could use some work.”

“Loved the ambience of this place. Went with a large group(about 10+ people). Got their bottomless brunch package(I think that's what it's called). Got the quesadilla entree and it was sublime! Their tater tots were amazing as well. The staff were very accommodating and gave us another room when we decided to stay past our given time. Just wished they gave us more utensils and napkins, etc. because we had to keep going out of the room to ask for more, being such a large group.”

“Good K-town karaoke den. There's a main bar to meet up at and hang at afterwards, but the main attraction is individual karaoke rooms that you rent by the hour. Their system takes a little to get used to but works fine. No ability to adjust their sound - only volume up and down. They have bar food that's average - that's not what you come for. There's a buzzer you hit and a waiter will come take drink or food orders. Service is quick - strangely no napkins or paper towels. Also no bathroom toilet paper - maybe their delivery was late. Also strange that there are no coat hooks so on a cold, wet night all of coats seemed to be in the way in the tight, private room for 6 where we had 5.”

Cons：old Karaoke sound system, no KEY change function, difficult to find songs, the accompaniment volume can not be changed easily, the microphone did not work, the room wall paper is falling, the service was poor, they never came in to take our orders. I have been many Karaoke bars. The sound system of this place is not acceptable. It was my birthday. Many of us traveled.more than one hour to this place. I did not enjoy the evening, I spent most of my energy and time talking to the manager. But nothing could be fixed. I was exhausted. If you want to have a REAL karaoke experience, go somewhere else.”

“Experience -100; DO NOT GO HERE! This isn’t a review just because I’m salty, it’s the fact that this staff was actually horrible and did not conduct themselves in a professional manner. There was l no kind decorum, leadership or accountability exhibited at this location. My friend call called to make a reservation for her birthday and she was told she could do a package for $35/pp for two drinks and a shot. Then we were told that they don’t do packages after we checked in. They did not try to get work with us or accommodate us in any way despite giving us incorrect information. Instead, they kicked us out of the establishment for simply trying to have a conversation. Don’t come here if you expect good customer service”
