“Stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon. There's a happy hour special for half off all alcoholic drinks and a selection of small plates for $5 (about 50-60% off normal price). The pork belly buns are great, especially with the bits of cashew to add a texture element. The spring rolls are filled with a delicious, smooth filling. The Korean fried chicken was super crunchy, spicy, and great. No server, just the bartender, and we sat in a booth outside the bar areas. Nonetheless, he was attentive and answered questions and recommendations from the menu. 10/10 will revisit to try other dishes. Ordered a 5 spice old fashioned- not too different than regular, not tons of 5 spice flavor (it's a 5 spice simple syrup). Would personally have liked to have more 5 spice flavor to really set it apart. Spouse ordered a Malaysian Mule. Similar situations the turmeric simple syrup wasn't as strong to really set the drink off from a regular mule. Still, would go back and try other cocktails (especially during happy hour) to find one that really sets it apart as being unique to Hawkers.”

“Our server was super fast and polite! She made sure to stop by frequently to flip the meat on the grill even when we were doing it ourselves. She also made sure we had plenty of sauces, water, etc. This is not an all you can eat restaurant, but there is a noticeable increase in food quality because of it; depending on which meat it was; it was either more tender, more flavorful, well-seasoned, etc. We enjoyed all of the banchan (side dishes) that came with. The atmosphere is your typical trendy KBBQ restaurant with loud music and somewhat dim lighting except at the tables. I would definitely say this is overall a step up from your typical all you can eat KBBQ restaurants like Iron Age, and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this place.”

“I love this place. This is the best Korean BBQ restaurant in NOVA. We visited for lunchtime on weekdays and ordered a Combination of Cool Noodle + 2 strips LA Galbi for $22. My parents are very picky about Korean Cool Noodles, especially 물냉면 and they loved 물냉면 here. We visited there for dinner too on weekends. We like All you can it BBQ the most. We paid $32 and it was worth it. The thin brisket was great to start, the steak was tender and tasty, spicy pork was so delicious with sliced garlic and fresh pepper. All the food was so fresh and the servers were super nice and know how to treat their customers. Both adults and kids enjoyed the atmosphere here. Don't forget to ask Melona(Korean ice cream) for free dessert.”

“Slightly disappointed in my interaction from earlier this morning. I got half the portion size I normally get of the #8. I called to ask if they’ve adjusted the portion size and the call was/got disconnected. I probably won’t be getting this particular item again or at the very least I’ll check before leaving the restaurant. They’re open 24/7 and the food is great.”

“Stopped here for a late dinner after a nice swim workout and was met with a lot of delicious chicken protein, fried to perfection, and coated with a flavorful sauce. From the starter of tempura shrimp to a gyoza (which they threw in for free!), everything was extremely tasty. Service was fast and friendly and we received our food within 15 minutes of ordering.”

“I came here with my wife for dinner. We had a gift card. The restaurant is nice, spacious and bright. Nothing too fancy. Our waiter Jimmy was friendly and fun to chat with. We did pre fix dinner for 2. We chose the cheesed corn, salmon sashimi appetizer hwe moo-chim), spicy seafood and beef soup (jjamppong) for the savory meal, and the yuzi cheesecake and lemon sorbet. We really enjoyed our experience. Our waiter cooked everyone well, medium rare. The meats were very tender, and some of the cuts were verg marbled and buttery. The cheesecake was good, but it was a small piece. The sashimi and soup were very good. We will definitely come back.”
