“Mixed Experience: I recently visited Gaja Korean Bar drawn in by its inviting street vibe. While the atmosphere and service were commendable, my dining experience took a hit due to some issues with the food. The pork belly, though expertly fried, surprisingly lacked flavor, leaving me wanting more depth in taste. The Korean fried chicken, described as such, ended up resembling a buffalo chicken tender with ranch dressing rather than the anticipated Korean flair. This was an unexpected letdown. Additionally, the crispy dumplings failed to live up to their name – lacking the desired crunch. The food fell a little short. Was it good? Yes, but it wasn’t enough for me to ponder when I immediately will return. However, I am up to give it another whirl because the team seems legit. “Mukja is very tasty. Even though I don't typically Ike spicy foods, the kimchi was FANTASTIC!! I couldn't resist. The wings are very good as well. The food has so much flavor. This place is a vibe if you choose to dine in. I highly recommend it! Also I appreciate that there is street parking available for pickup orders.”
