It was the most frustrating and worst experience of my life, the officer who attended us was a rasist at all times. We lived in Pennsylvania 3 months ago and he sent us to New York. And he took us out of the facilities, he was very rude and racist. Are a formal complaint against that agent even made me cry of impotence just for not speaking English”
