“Termio has great customer service and are very professional. I got termite baiting stations installed around my house and they came up to replace a broken cover twice, free of charge, with no complaint. I also spoke to a tech when he examined my house for termites and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The only reasons I did not give this company 5 stars is that I did not receive a call, text, email, or any notification of when my tech was on the way (I scheduled an appointment with a 4-hour window) and the fact that all of the service reports I have gotten after my appointments do not have my signature on it (it appears to be an automatically input signature or something like that). Other than those minor things, I highly recommend this company.”

“Sad to say but I won’t be returning here and I will recommend others not to buy from here. In the past I’ve had good experiences with this nursery and the product has been beautiful. But I bought snap dragons and petunias from here two and a half weeks ago and I noticed the snap dragons have not done well and now the petunias are suffering too. Half the plants I put at my mothers house and the snap dragons are suffering the same problem and look terrible! I called and told the person who answered about the fact my newly planted flowers are struggling due to holes in them and pulling off caterpillars off multiple plants. The older lady employee there who answered said I need to go buy a product to kill them. I asked if she offered any reimbursement or providing the worm killer as a courtesy since I just bought them. She said no, and said I could bring them back and they would refund half the value. Other than that she said that’s too bad. This is all quite sad due to the higher prices you pay for better Nursery product but to only find the better product is completely infested and you’ll have to pay more on top or get half your value back. Seems like they don’t care enough because all these plants should have been sprayed to begin with. At least Home Depot and Lowe’s will give a full refund. I’m Very disappointed and would not recommend sadly!”

“This is the most knowledgeable Garden Nursery in Northern Arizona. They offer great plants and more important great information. You can listen to their YouTube channel or their podcast. Everything you need to succeed at gardening in Northern Arizona is provided for free. If your failing at gardening you just are not listening to the information they provide. Pictures are from April 20. We started this on March 15 in the snow. This is only my second year gardening in the Mountains of Arizona. You only get success when you learn from the best. We are in Downtown Prescott. We are growing Broccoli, cauliflower, onions, kale, potatoes, ginger, garlic, spinach, lettuce, snow peas,beets and herbs in our spring garden.”

“I feel this review will go nowhere! This entire store is ran by 20 yr old kids. I was told a rental from Saturday to Monday is a day and half, yet I was charged for 2 days. I was not instructed on anything. Not how to operate it, was not told I needed to fill the fuel or be charged $30 dollars, and I let them know and they even asked if I had rented before and I said no, this is my first time. I was expecting more out of a local small business. I guess I will go to home depot for my future rentals.”
