“We purchased mainly perennials last summer from them. One variety did not survive the winter. In inquiring about replacing them, per what we thought was their policy, as shared by the sales person, we were told that the replacement policy was only for shrubs, not perennials. In asking to speak to the manager, the receptionist returned and simply told me that the manager agreed with her. In other words, the manager could not be bothered with a concerned customer. I did replace the plants with a nursery in the Buffalo area that specifically explained, without me asking, that their guarantee covers all perennials. It is well worth the extra miles--the plants are just as good, the prices are better, and we felt valued as a customer.”
