“During my tax prep appointment, their representative lost my ID. Later they said to me that another client walked away with it. This is flagrantly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I never permitted them to use my personal data in any way, especially sharing it with somebody. Besides that, such activity is very suspicious and could quickly be identity theft. Later when I came to pick up my documents their security guard said that they were closed for lunch. No one said anything to me about it when they called me. Alongside it was their fault that I needed to come back. So, I waited for an hour in the rain with other clients. This is unethical, disrespectful, and a completely wrong attitude. No one deserves to be treated like that. Horrible impression and the worst experience possible. I can’t recommend doing business with them.”
