Tacos were just amazing, me and my husband had 6 as we could not decide on just 3 and were amazing, great flavours(member of staff recommended them and was the best choice). The chorizo enchiladas melt in your mouth, amazing! And the burrito was full of meat, so tasty! A restaurant you can not miss! Price was good and totally worth it. Thank you ! Really amazing.”

“My partner and I went with our 3 year old son for Sunday lunch and we were pleasantly surprised how child friendly this place was considering it’s a cocktail bar. They went out of their way to make a special chicken burger with fries and a fruit salad for our little boy as he didn’t want anything from the menu. The customer service was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure we were well looked after, especially Emma who was making a real effort to try to entertain our little boy. The meat kept coming to our table every 5 mins and they were very generous with the portions. Parking was also very easy, making the whole experience a very positive one. I highly recommend this place!”

“What can I say I liked the food so much I went again. It's small so it can get pretty busy but it's well worth the wait. The food is just so delicious and the frozen margaritas are a bit too easy to drink. The lady was kind enough to warn others certain dishes can be spicy and which ones are popular. The steak was so tender, actually all the meats were very tender but so tasty. One of my favourite meals in Edinburgh. Ribs were quite a big portion the sauce was tasty not so spicy it made it hard to eat. The beef was sublime and the ox tongue was wonderful with its crispy outside with soft middle. Enjoy people.”

“We ordered the special which is a 1000g tomahawk steak, it comes with chips (oven chips not fresh cut). Ordered 2 sides, one came, and it was a dish we didn't order so had to send it back. The other side was forgotten. There was a very long wait and the steak still came undercooked, raw in the middle. The way they dealt with this was to take the steak back, put it on the grill a few more minutes and then serve it to us again. Again there was a long wait, but the steak was cooked once it was returned. They took £25 off the bill for the inconvenience. There are many good reviews of this restaurant, so I'm sure I just had a bit of bad luck on my visit but I can only judge from my own experience. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant and certainly won't be going back.”

She made that place a better place to be. In fact, make sure she's around you. Energetic and positive person that makes food taste better due to service with a smile. Actually a lot of staff here are making you feel welcome. Even giggles sometimes”

“I got brownies from a too good to go bag and had the most disgusting pair of brownies I've ever had. I can understand a too good to go bag not being completely fresh, but it was absolutely revolting. I don't know if this brownie has something special in it or if it's full of rat poison to use as bait for rodents, but what I ate wasn't made with real food. My friend took a bite from the first one and started dry heaving at the taste as I was curious I took a sniff of the other one and felt instantly sick after tasting it myself I had to open the car door and spit it out, which is cruel fate for the poor animal that thinks it has lucked out and found some sweet treat only to be bombarded with the taste of putrid, rotten "brownie"”

“First time eating here. Quickly seated and chose a few starters and mains. Cocktails are 2 for 1 so a very good deal for drinks. Starters were patatas bravas and calamari. Was nice but they are fairly small portions as classed as tapas. For mains had the burgers and fries and also the hunters chicken equivalent. They were all tasty meals. The cheesecake was nice for dessert but churros didn’t taste authentic enough. Only marked down by 1 star as found the prices to be quite pricey and not many deals to make the price point a bit more attractive. All in all it was a great experience.”

“Lovely place that I’ve been wanting to try for a while! Interior was gorgeous and made the atmosphere very relaxed. The staff were friendly and helpful. We needed to order some dishes gluten free and they were very helpful in explaining the menu We went for some tortilla chips and guacamole for some picky bits and then we had a selection of tacos. Pork, beef, chicken and prawn (prawn wasn’t gf) all were delicious and full of flavour! Would definitely recommend and will be back!”
