“Location: Mall Plaza BV. Burger was ok, Dry meat and thin to be honest. Barely had any caramelized onions. Staff was nice. It was SO hot! It’s an open area at the mall and AC was off. Dessert was good, a small good treat. I expected more. Not going back.”

“Arrived around 3pm for a late lunch and the staff was welcoming even though I was almost the only customer there. The decor is modern and looks like it would be a lot of fun during dinner hours. Service was excellent and the food equally so. I enjoyed a mango drink, tacos and sushi (which is lit on fire!) and the tuna tower. It was too much for one but I took some home to enjoy.”

“Worst experience I’ve had in Barranquilla. I went with my girlfriend and her friend to have some drinks and eat. The drinks were mid, did not feel the alcohol. Worst of all was the service (the server was nice but manager seemed like she had never ran a restaurant in her life.) the main issue we had was that the pastas were cooked horribly. The girls ordered penne a la burrata to share and I ordered crispy chicken with penne pasta and marinara sauce. Both pictures looked fantastic and saucy on the menu. Both pastas came dry, with the least amount of sauce possible. My chicken came out burnt. When we told The server we wanted more sauce he went to ask the manager and came back saying they couldn’t add more sauce. Then I showed him the pictures of the food on their menu compared to the actual food we got and he said we were right. 2 minutes later the manager comes back saying that those dishes are returned all the time because customers aren’t used to dry pasta and that’s the way they do it their since they are new dishes. And that corporate doesn’t want them adding much sauce. I then again complained about the chicken because it was burnt black. And then I continued by showing the manager a picture of both dishes and stating that we order what was on the picture not a dry pasta. If it was dry then they should advertise it that way or have a picture or warning to the customer. I stated both were supposed to be sautéed in marinara sauce and she tried to say that I was saying I asked for marinaro sauce. Which they don’t even offer at this restaurant. Trying to make the customer think they’re wrong when the kitchen doesn’t want to cook the food the right way, and because “corporate” doesn’t allow them to put enough sauce on the pasta. I’ve never heard of any place serving dry penne with marinara sauce. She then stated they were going to remake the pasta and add the same sauce but that it would come out the same. 5 minutes later, we get our pastas. My chicken is as burnt as it was the first time, the pasta had much better amount of sauce, however it was cold, missing salt and flavor. The server felt so bad that he even asked if we were sure we wanted to Leave a service tip. Which of course we did because it’s not his fault the cooks can’t make pasta correctly, and the manager lacks the skills to run a restaurant correctly. Overall $178,000 for bad cold food. Never again.”

“Visited here in August with my in laws on the way back from the Termales and I have to say this is a great place to eat. Absolutely amazing restaurant with great customer service. They serve amazing food that is cooked with quality. Like a home cooked meal but I could never cook it this well at home lol. The waterfall on the other hand is not a walk in the park. We went on a rainy day and they advised not to go during the rain. There’s actually a VERY big sign on the road stating multiple people have died doing the hike due to the river during rain. Makes sense. So it’s not a simple hike. Be prepared if you’re going to do it and go when it’s not supposed to rain. All in all an amazing place to grab a bite that will leave you feeling full and part of the family. Also their Mojitos are amazing.”

“Stopped here for a dinner to share, and enjoyed everything. They are a burger joint, but we wanted something different than a burger. We ended up ordering their nachos, fried chicken tenders, and loaded potatoes to share. The chicken was juicy, crispy, and came with tasty dipping sauces. We received 6 tenders, a very generous portion. The nachos were nice, and well topped. I hate getting a ton of tortilla chips with nothing on top, but they loaded these well here. There was a very large portion of each topping to enjoy every chip. The potatoes were nice, covered in a large portion of cheese and bacon. Again, very good size, enough for us to share. We'll return to try burgers later. The prices were not bad at all, and the service was good.”
