“This is my go-to for tacos. It's amazing... I have never had a bad meal here. There Chilli Verde is some of the best I've ever had ... I always get a side order for the chips and salsa. Now to the Tacos, the cheese pastor is my favorite, but all of there Tacos are great. Be careful after about a week you will start having withdrawals.... so try at your own risk. But if you tell to many people about this place the wait is going to get out of control or they will have to open a second restaurant. LOVE IT...”

“I must admit I was skeptical but I have not had such an amazing dining experience in quite a while. Hannah was our server and she was absolutely wonderful, thoughtful, and attentive. She gave honest recommendations and her favorite picks. This level of service is sadly the exception, not the rule in today’s day and age. But to come across such a lovely person to take care of us during our meal was so refreshing. I also LOVE that the pastry chef comes in to make the desserts fresh each day. No wholesale food supplier delivering frozen cheesecakes once a week. This restaurant is also uniquely decorated and so cozy!!! You absolutely must put Balcony One on your list of places to visit!!!!”

“Honestly the best tacos. I got the Fricado and Amy hates fish. They put all the sauces on the side, since I’m weird about sauce, but they were good and flavorful. My husband got the Royal, he got 2of them. We were very pleased. We also got the queso (without the salsa on top) with chips. It was so good. The employees were so nice and helpful. We will be back.”

“This was a good place for a short meeting because the table was large enough for our group and the service was amazing. I ordered the chicken burrito smothered. It was a very average plate of beans and rice with a very disappointing burrito filled with mostly nacho cheese and a little bit of chicken. This is not a place to go to for a date or exciting food, but if you need a chance to get some work done it's ok.”

“The decor is pretty standard, but you know you're in the right place when - for just me - they bring out a HUGE basket of delicious, crispy, warm, freshly-made tortilla chips, and two different salsas, each of which is rich in flavor (the green is pretty spicy!). For $15 I got a combo plate with shredded beef taco, chicken enchilada and cheese chile relleno. Everything SO GOOD! The staff were excellent too.”

“I had the most disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a confusing menu that didn't display any prices. It's baffling that a restaurant, especially one charging more than $15-20 for a meal, wouldn't make their prices readily available to customers or friendly used. To make matters worse, the food took an eternity to arrive, even though there were hardly any other customers in the establishment. I couldn't understand why it took so long when the place was virtually empty. The icing on the cake was the lackluster customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, and it felt like they couldn't be bothered to assist or answer questions about the menu. When you're paying a premium for a meal, you expect a certain level of service, and unfortunately, this place fell far short of that mark. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. The combination of confusing menus, slow service, and unimpressive customer service made for a truly disappointing dining experience. Save your money and go somewhere else where you'll get both better food and better treatment.”

“Completely delicious food and generous portions! I came with a couple of friends and we had the rotisserie chicken, the ceviche mix and the beef and veggies. The chicken was, in a word, perfect. So tender and flavorfull. The beef and veggies were great as well, but the ceviche was my favorite. Fish, squid, scallops and shrimp all done up in lime and flavorfull as all get out. I highly recommend it. The tres leches was a perfect finisher and super tasty.”

“Decent Mexican food and good margaritas too. Outside seating is nice on a sunny afternoon. You need to wait to be seated, however it is counter service so you order and pay at the counter inside and your food will be brought out to you. I do not understand why the payment terminal asks for a tip when you do not receive table service. Food is made well and good portions too, a good meal if you have spent the day hiking in Zion. They could improve service more by clearing away empty glasses and cups.”

“Went to the drive through and they were cleaning the grill, at like 4 am, they were so nice, I said that's OK give me whatever and surprise me, they gave me the most delishhhhhhh steak nachos, loaded and all the things. I was so hungry, they made a choice better than my original burrito and at 4 am they were so sweet! Love this location”

“I almost took it as vacant, good thing I stopped in to this hidden gem! The service was fast, and the pupusas were about 6" in diameter. Way more food than I expected. So good. The place was so inviting and I found myself dancing in my chair to the music. I love it. I want to come back to explore the menu”

“What a major disappointment 😔. Ordered 3 meals from Rumbi Island Grill: 1) steak bowl with "teriyaki noodles" and "Cabo vegetables". This turned out to be a bowl of spaghetti with steamed (apparently not grilled) beef strips and black beans. The beans had flavor, not much else did. 2) Full rice bowl with steamed veggies was almost all white rice and zucchini, some carrots, and virtually no broccoli. 3) 2 Full rice bowls with "fire grilled chicken" and steamed veggies. Chicken seemed to be grilled, but once again a ton of zucchini and not much else in the way of veg. Never again. 🤬”
