“My family and I visited for the first time earlier this week and we visited again yesterday around 5pm . The service was exception specially by the young Puerto Rican waitress we had about three days ago. The gentleman who helps out with bringing the food was cordial as well. And our very tall and a bit more mature waitress from yesterday at first was a bit distracted and talking to the bartender. However, when I went to get her right after she was prompt and provided excellent service . We were famished and the food was amazing. I think this is the best restaurant in the area. I tried a few different ones and this one both on price and quality is thus far the best one. We had the Tablón, Hot dog Paella , Chicken and Shrimp paella (vegetarian option plus add ons) , mariscada paella , tostones and chorizo tapas , the churros with hot chocolate , ice cream , and red sangria .”

“Starts with one liner, "only hype" After looking at the rating, thought of trying. Wait time on Friday's is avg, had to wait 10mins for getting table for 2. Ordered Fajitas and burritos. Fajitas did not have any sizzling and smoke, its like the food kept on hot plate for namesake. While having food, I have seen the ordered food serving plate kept over the container, which used keep plates and trash from tables during clean. Have the pictures, too. I mean how disgusting to keep food to be served on top of a box which is with dirty plates and cutlery from tables where customers are done. How things are there in the kitchen, God knows if that's how they do outside. Food is below avg, nothing special as compared to what it's crowded for.”

“Never eating there again!! We ordered shrimp with steak and fried calamari. Fried calamari was super greasy and the portion came with 5 pieces, we sent back. Steak was great but the shrimp are not deveined. When we asked for a manager and mentioned that we were not eating shrimp with poop, he spoke to us as if it was expected for us to eat the way they serve, as if it is the proper way. No thank you!”

Was my first time dining here as my family usually orders pollo a la brasa to pick up. Their homemade chicha is great but I prefer the bottled one because it’s sweeter. Don’t let the neighborhood turn you away from this place, as the restaurant is clean, well priced and more spacious compared to some other Peruvian places nearby. Overall great Peruvian food. “Just take all of my money. For reasons we cannot remember we didn’t get here in 2022. For 2023, we made our way over yesterday. We got the guacamole and chip, tacos - chicken, shrimp, brisket, pulled pork, and chicken quesadilla. We were blown away by how good everything was. So much so that we got it again for lunch today. Many brisket and fish tacos were ordered , but expanded to also get the brisket nachos and avocado salad topped with brisket (with chipotle ranch dressing). The brisket is bangin’! The salad deserves some accolades… the dressing, the pico… seriously the best pico I’ve ever had and a first, a salad that I can say was filling. My husband is “annoyed” we didn’t get Gringo’s earlier in our stay… because we missed additional opportunities to eat it.”
