“Great food. Green sauce was really good...not too spicy. The cuts on the scallions and onions were everything! I had a little bit of every ingredient in each bite. The eggs were nice and silky. Definitely enough for one person...and quite possibly 2 people if neither are huge eaters. Service was great. Atmosphere was nice with exception of the chairs which were rather uncomfortable. I found myself shifting around in my seat quite carefully few times. Restrooms were very clean. Overall, it was a good experience. I'd definitely go back to experience an evening meal.”

“If you're in the area, you have to stop here and enjoy this place. We came here while on vacation in the area and I can't wait to come back. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The location was great and we loved the ambience of the restaurant. The chips are salsa were so tasty and they had so many different options of delicious cocktails and mocktails. I got the surf n turf burrito. There are no words to describe how good this burrito was. Easily the best burrito I've ever had. 10/10, can't wait to come back!”

“Great Mexican food choice here in fallbrook. Huge menu with a ton of choices. I had the Al pastor plate and it was delicious; well cooked and seasoned, tortillas were fantastic. Salsa has great flavor. Only downside was the beans & rice, they just needed more seasoning and flavor, they were a little bland. Service was quick and helpful”

“UPDATE I JUST THREW UP THE FOOD AND HAVE STOMACH PAIN. Ordered 5 rolled tacos. Cashier with A necklace didn't inform me of his special and when I asked for it he charged me normal price and said too late. I asked if he can charge me difference and he wasn't having it. The rolled tacos are trash. We're not made fresh. Came with a smack of guacamole and barely any cheese. This place definitely changed from 2016. The cook was nice as I asked for lettuce and he assisted while cashier was unprofessional in regards saying I wasn't charged for it. Definitely won't be coming back.”

“The atmosphere is great The food wasn’t neither were the drinks The skinny margarita claims to be made with agave but I can easily tell there was simple syrup in it, u can easily know the difference. The people who work there are nice, our group just didn’t get a good feel for the drinks or food. It’s nice to sit outside and listen to music The drinks are about $17-22 each appetizers about 10-15 so it’s not going to be for the ones who are looking for an economical spot. Seems like you’re paying more for the place and atmosphere than the food”

“My wife ordered the Adobado and Pollo tacos, and I had the Cali Burrito. Both were delicious although my wife said she likes Tacos El Gordo better (at least for the Adobado). I really liked the Cali Burrito but it was quite messy and the steak was a little more gristly than I'd prefer. Next time I eat here I'll try to unwrap my burrito more carefully.”

“Had been to one of their other locations 4 years prior while visiting the San Diego area. Decided to try this one for late breakfast and early lunch. The al pastor tacos were good, nicely seasoned and not too fatty. The rolled tacos were freshly made, crunchy and topped with guacamole. Just wish there had been more meat inside. Knocked off a star for that and the missing salsa bar. I'd go back.”
