“I asked for advice about our proposed new lawn and got told about a great hard wearing turf, quoted a great price and given after care instruction. The lawn looks great. I had a spare slab left over and threw it over next to my bins to throw out when I could be bothered. I never watered it. I never treated it, fertilised it, cared for it. I walked on it, have driven on it, kid has ridden his bike over it. I've abused it and it looks great. First photo is of the cared for lawn, second is the bit I threw out with weeds next to it. Use this mob, they'll sort you out.”

“So I've been going here for many years, and have bought a lot of equipment and bits and pieces over that time. I was always happy with the service, price and products. Over the last few years though, I've noticed a steady decline in service and attitude. At the beginning of the year, I dropped off a few chainsaw chains to be sharpened. Several weeks went by and finally they were 'ready'. Got them home and went to use them......blunt....all of them. Took them back, waited weeks, got them back, two were sharp, but the smaller one was still blunt. Took it back. They explained that their machine couldn't handle that size chain as it was too small. That info would have been handy originally. Thought I'd give them one last go as sometimes businesses have hiccups. Took my chains back again, and when they were ready I made a thorough check that they had been done (almost Spanish inquisition style).....all good. Here's the kicker. So I didn't get around to using them until a few weeks back. I went to put the first chain on, only to discover it was too big. My immediate reaction was that I must be doing something wrong. I extended the bar as far as it would go, but it was still too big. So I tried the second one, same issue, and then the third one, same. It dawned on me that these....people, had given me the wrong chains, beautifully sharpened, but useless to me. So there is someone out there as equally as frustrated as I am right now, with my chains that are too small!! If this is you, and you miraculously ever read this, let me know and I'll swap with you. I couldn't be bothered chasing it up. I'm going elsewhere from now on. Just USELESS!!!!”
