“I feel this review will go nowhere! This entire store is ran by 20 yr old kids. I was told a rental from Saturday to Monday is a day and half, yet I was charged for 2 days. I was not instructed on anything. Not how to operate it, was not told I needed to fill the fuel or be charged $30 dollars, and I let them know and they even asked if I had rented before and I said no, this is my first time. I was expecting more out of a local small business. I guess I will go to home depot for my future rentals.”

“We purchased mainly perennials last summer from them. One variety did not survive the winter. In inquiring about replacing them, per what we thought was their policy, as shared by the sales person, we were told that the replacement policy was only for shrubs, not perennials. In asking to speak to the manager, the receptionist returned and simply told me that the manager agreed with her. In other words, the manager could not be bothered with a concerned customer. I did replace the plants with a nursery in the Buffalo area that specifically explained, without me asking, that their guarantee covers all perennials. It is well worth the extra miles--the plants are just as good, the prices are better, and we felt valued as a customer.”

The workers at Killians were amazing, so helpful and welcoming and it's doesn't hurt that they stock about every mower and outdoor tool you can think of. Peter, one of the workers there helped us find the perfect mower in our price range and was very honest and thoughtful when looking at all the other mowers with us. When we got home with the mower we had some questions about it and Peter personally came over after work to come check it out and explained everything we needed to know about it. If you wouldn't call that excellent customer service then I don't know what is!”

What I have always liked is that if weeds popped up in between applications, I would call and they would always come out and take care of the problem. Recently, when the technician came out to spray for weeds, he over sprayed in spots and damaged some of the grass. I called and talked with Chris A. (supervisor) and he immediately came out to look at the problem. He took care of the issue to my satisfaction and was a wealth of information moving forward about lawn care. I highly recommend this service! You will not be disappointed!!”
