“My husband wanted me to go in here today looking for boots and a hat for my birthday party in June. I have severe numbness in my feet and legs. I wanted something that would be comfortable for me. Started off looking at hats and immediately a lady was there to help me. They searched for tons of hats for me and I found one I loved in my colors. We then moved onto boots. Every lady in the store was helping find the perfect pair. When I say they catered to my every need I mean it. They were Amazing. I found the perfect pair but not in my colors so they started searching for a new hat in my new colors. We didn't find any hats in the new colors, so they promised to search and text me ideas. I have never experienced such customer service and help from employees. These ladies were so awesome. If you need any country items run here fast. I thank everyone in that store for everything today!! Definitely a great experience!!”

Dino’s was able to restore the color and remove all stains from the fabric material of the shoes. “I bought one of their riding flannels with armor. I did not fall, or catch the sleeve on anything for it to tear. After about two months of non-Highway riding (this is my first season riding), the stitching in the left sleeve fell apart and opened up on me. I’ve had to safety pin the sleeve to keep the elbow pad from flapping in the wind. Their customer service initially responded to my first two emails with pictures. But have now ghosted me, and are no longer attempting to replace the item or refund me. Their claims of standing by their products obviously is not true. Not worth the money and the trouble, and obviously low quality protection since the wind at 40 MPH has this splitting at the seams.”

“They would appear to be very helpful when you are in store. Good luck on getting any customer support from the store or online if anything happens to your purchase. I purchased a bag and they shipped it via UPS free shipping. Later on, UPS charged me $7.99 holding fee. I contacted the store and online support, no one would help me, they said I should contact UPS. Well, your shipping service should cover this so the UPS wouldn't charge me for holding the package for me! I will never buy from Coach again. So many brands, why should I choose you!”
