“Really glitchy. I purchased Astra Pro from them. Astra Pro itself seems to be okay (I’m still learning what I can do with the plugin) but downloading the zip after purchase wasn’t intuitive. I was pulled into a loop between Brainstorm and Astra. The Brainstorm site told me I was logged in, then when I clicked on the Astra icon on my products page, it pulled me back to a purchase page. Again, just glitchy and sloppy development. It took me a while to find it on the backend where I finally figured out how to download a folder and zip it up myself. Emailed customer service about 18 hours ago and still no response, even though Pro advertises priority customer service. I don’t leave very many bad reviews, but I’m disappointed. I’m also disappointed that there’s no call center - just email and hope for a response. Not a fan so far. I’m glad I didn’t purchase the lifetime membership package.”

“This is to inform you that there is a vendor called MST (Maa Shakuntalaya Travels) Pvt. Ltd. Operated by Amit Dubey and Sanjeev, at Noida Expressway, Sector 126, Near HCL Office, Noida (UP). I’m writing my concern to you because this vendor widely claims that he is attached to Motherson Sumi and providing cab services to your company. He also claims that he has profitable under-the-table arrangement with Motherson's admin team for higher billing with lesser usage of vehicles. I had attached my vehicle Swift Dzire VXi with them from 07 July’23. After a few weeks, I realized that there conduct is not transparent and they are manipulating bills. Looking at this, I gave them an intimation that I am not interested in continuing. By that time, the vehicle was used for over 4500 kms in August. To my sheer surprise, they came up with a billing amount of (–) Rs 750. They manipulated all the bills conniving with the driver and my due payment which was to the tune of Rs 45,000 was brought down to negative balance of Rs 750. I have followed up with them several times and resisted on this malpractice. To this, Mr Amit Dubey promised me to release the payment of Rs 20,000 on an average basis. However, he is not making any payment at all even 4 months. This vendor is a shrewd conmen and de-frauding cab owners at will. I will soon be taking legal actions against them. Please be informed that they are misusing Motherson Sumi's brand in alluring and defrauding cab owners like me, at an ongoing basis.”
