“The location of the order is in a prestigious area but leave the car at home. It's easier to find a 100 euro note on the ground than a parking space. In the end I had to fall back on the square in front of Termini station at the modest price of 5 euros for 1 hour and 5 minutes of parking! It should definitely be located in a suburban area where they won't rob you to park your car. Is this a well-calculated strategy to dissuade members from frequenting it?”

“I initially chose Fido as they were purportedly familiar with the benefits for new taxpayers moving to Italy. If I were to choose a word to describe their services, that would undoubtedly be 'sloppy'. To start with, it was difficult to have complete and clear information on how to input documents on their accounting portal for my specific situation. When I finally got the details from them, they proved to be incorrect. I realized this at the end of the year, as I was going through the P&L, because some figures were not part of it. Coincidentally, the software license subscription had expired, so I was locked out. Unbelievably, I was forced to subscribe again in order to make these corrections as this was the only way that they would let me back into the software. Ridiculous customer service. I was bound to them for another year, but I did not stay, therefore more money down the drain! Although it is true that consultations are unlimited, if the client doesn't initiate them, they are on their own. There is absolutely no interest in proposing a real plan aimed at finding the best path for the client. Even during these meetings nothing is ever clear, case in point the above example. Final comments. In my experience, the fee is to access their software and to rely on them to draw up the legal documents on time, which I believe they conscientiously do. If your expectations are higher, I would advise against entrusting them with any accounting needs.”

“Just zero, because of an old guy with beard and glasses who was a kind of "prince of the gate" at the entrance to the roof of Milano's Duomo stairs in at 18th of June 2023 about 6 p.m. I never understand such a bahaviour. He could just keep my small swiss knife with 3cm blade, attached to car keys to my return or grab it politely with smile if necessary. Instead of this he tried to unseccusfully humiliate me and was extremely rude and unpolite. Serious companies like Axitea should't employ workers who are not a professionals. This guy destroys reputy either of the company or the entire city and definitely should be fired. At that time he wanted just to finish his work and presence of customers disturbed him in finalising this plan.”
